I am daring, firstly. I have always had a feel for the wild side. I don't want to live in a turmoil of fear and freedom. I want to run, to live my life! I like to try absolutely everything, even dangerous things. This aspect is constantly getting me into trouble, but I wouldn't change it for a thing. I love having a fearless, go-getter attitude. My daring tidbit brings out the more wild side of me. When I'm being so daring, I feel as though anything is possible. And that feeling is the best one there is. If I could fly, I would.I know no limits at the time, which can be good or bad.
I have also been called loyal. Joe is the first person I feel loyal to. He took me in and brought out the shine in my life; jousting. He made me realize what I want to do with the rest of my life. I have been with him for a while now, and nothing can shake my loyalty towards him. I wouldn't leave him for anything. I am also loyal to my herd. All of my friends in the pastures know me. I wouldn't hurt them or lie to them for any reason. I hold them above other priorities and would go through hardships with or for them. The bond between horses is unbreakable.
I don't mean to brag but I am pretty smart. I know a lot about the world. I have more then once been called "clever." I like to learn. When I train, and I am taught a new skill, it is the best thing. I love the rush of triumph I get when I perfect or get something. I guess you could call me a perfectionist. But I still enjoy things like that, little things or big things. I know a lot about each discipline, considering as a foal a was tried out in nearly all of them. I love outsmarting my friends, too, or playing jokes. Always gives me a good laugh or two!
I'll admit I have a lot of pride. And that was hard to admit. I like to win. I'm rather competitive. When I don't win, I hate it. I hate it to the moon and back. I always try my best, and set high bars for my self. If I don't reach those bars or lose, I am furious with myself. It's the same deal if someone proves me wrong. I like to think that I know near everything, win near everything, and can succeed in positively everything. I know deep down that I can't, but why ruin my moment?
I've been known for a noisy, routy attitude. I'm a very boisterous horse, I am. I enjoy showing off and strutting or prancing around. I like to be loud and not be ignored. If I want to be heard, you will hear me. I will do anything to make things official. I do like to brag as well. But who wouldn't when you win as many competitions as I do? Don't hate! In my defense, I am pretty awesome.
My mother once referred to me as "fiery." That is definitely true. I am a tornado, a volcano, a fireball. What I'm saying is, I am fierce. I am unbelievably fierce, really. If I can help it, I will win each competition. My fiery attitude makes me extremely impatient, and also makes me quite protective of my herd. I would not let anything hurt them. I love to be a bit out of hand at times, though, and even enjoy getting in a bit of trouble now and then. What is life if you can't get so crazy you get a scolding? It's just who I am.

History:
Collision was born during a solar eclipse, in which the sun was completely covered for a bit. His mother had started labor hours before, and was having a lot of trouble. It didn't help that she was frightened by the big black circle covering the Sun. And yet, just as the Moon passed the Sun, a new young colt slipped into this world. The ranch hands tended to the mare while the owner of the ranch inspected the colt. After deciding on his name in honor of the eclipse, the man began to think of a discipline to teach him. His first thought was to make him a dressage horse, like his blue-ribbon mother was, but when they started training, Collision was never hearty in the subject. They tried many different disciplines, English and Western, but nothing ever lit Collision up. One day, when the colt was nearly two, a man with a goatee came out to the stables. The owner was showing him other horses and waving him one way, then another, but the goatee man ignored him and came straight to Collision's stall.
"Mr. Flanett, are all these horses for sale?" He stroked his brown beard.
"Besides the two pregnant mares, yessir." The owner replied.
The odd man seemed to consider something for a moment, inspecting the mustang, and then turned. "I will give you fifty-thousand dollars for this here colt. He is a fine young one, and he is the only horse here that screams 'promising' to me."
The ranch owner seemed hesitant, but he needed the money. "Okay. Fifty-thousand dollars for that there mustang. His name is Collision."
And within the hour, the confused colt was loaded into a trailer and rolled out of his home forever.
Collision could see out of the window of the luxurious trailer, and even stuck his face against the mesh. He could smell many of horses, and saw an odd, long, semi-wide arena in the front of the new ranch. He knew this wasn't a typical place of horses. The colt was led out by the goatee man and taken to a huge stall, which led to an even bigger pasture. The land stretched for seemingly miles, and Collision could see horses everywhere. As soon as he was released from his restraining halter, he charged outside and stared. Grass was everywhere. Some other colts his age threw their heads up and whinnied in greeting. He shot to the fence, inspecting these new horses. What was this place?
The next week, after becoming acclimated to his surrounding, the goatee man, who was named Joe, came in with various patterned cloths constantly, holding them up to Collision's body. One day, he gave a fist pump into the air and said, "That's the one!" In his eagerness, he lay the cloth on the stall door where the colt could see it. It was a silky, gorgeous piece that had nothing more then the Sun and the Moon on it, and was embellished with shiny gold.
The next week, Joe came back with a whole blanket of the cloth, which Collision sniffed and then got laid on him. He started to prance about, making Joe laugh. "I knew you'd be perfect."
Then rolled around the next weeks, in which Collision was tried out with different tack for an event that he heard referred to as "jousting." He was even more jovial and enthusiastic when training came around. Joe sent his best riders up on the colt, and sometimes even himself. They'd spend hours charging Collision up and down the long arena, and began to carry a long pole with them. Then he was put in with another horse and rider, and realized what was happening.
Collision gave a jump, and strode toward the opposite side of the fellow horse. A gunshot went off to mock the start of a real tournament, and Collision shot forward, hooves thundering on the ground. He heard a clang above him and he was suddenly riderless. But he didn't freak out, not at all. Collision had been trained on this.
The next two rounds, the other horse's rider was thrown into the dirt, which mean the colt and his rider won. Collision trained for two more years, mocking jousting tournaments, until he finally entered in the real one. He won his first tournament, which was a huge surprise, and gave Joe lots of income. Since then he's competed in many competitions, winning many of them. Now six, he is ready for a harder level of jousting and has started harsher training. But it doesn't matter to Collision - he lives to joust. Leaving his birthplace helped him become his full potential.

Story:
[Collision's P.O.V.]
My eyes opened and there was nothing but the cheering of fans. Someone sat atop me with a jousting pole, but I couldn't see them. All eyes were on us. Yet, as I stepped into the arena, everything disappeared. I jumped with fright, but my curiosity pushed me forward. I sniffed about, and my head jerked into the air at the sound of a gunshot. I felt heels dig into me, and I began to run. There was no opponent there, nothing. We were just running. But then I stumbled clumsily in my confusion, and the nothingness surrounded me and I felt as though I was falling.

*~*~*

I awoke startled and sweating. Today was one of the biggest competitions of my life. I had been scolding myself each time I tripped or didn't run my best, even when I wasn't training. That morning my meal was a bit smaller, and I ate it quickly. I drank soothing sips of my water, and then began to pace my stall. The tournament was at evening, but we'd leave in just hours. There was a flurry of hoofprints in a line by the time Joe came to my stall door. He stroked my head gently. "Easy, boy, easy. It's just a tournament. If we don't win, we try again. Now come on."
I nodded blankly to him, and barely heard the stall door open. He walked in, -I don't know what got into me next - and I reared up forcefully. Joe backed out of the stall immediately, but I slammed my hooves down before the door shut. I could hear Joe trying to calm me, but I ignored him. My feet just carried me in a daze, towards the entrance where the trailer sat. Now he was shouting about closing the gates, and two stable hands charged outside towards the doors. I pounded faster, just being free. I wanted to run. I ran across the street where it was forested land and didn't even look back, leaping clumsily over rocks and attempting to weave through trees.
Yet I did finally stop, and I felt terrible. What was wrong with me? Why would I do that? Looking back, I realized that I wasn't sure where I was. Lost. I neighed with wide eyes, feeling a bit frightened. What would happen to me if I never found home? What about the tournament? What about jousting? Questions racked my mind and I fled in the direction I believed was home - I was wrong.

*~*~*

[Joe's P.O.V.]
I couldn't help but curse under my breath. What had gotten into Collision? He was doing fine! I spent the next hour roaming the streets with the trailer whirring behind us, but he didn't turn up. We stopped across the street, where the woods were.
"Take the trailer to the back entrance where the hiking path is." I ordered to Bill and Allie, my two best ranch hands. They nodded and drove off. I clutched my horse's halter, my face pale. What if something terrible happened to him? He couldn't survive alone out there!
I ran through the trees, flinging away pesky leaves and branches. I jogged through poison ivy, but I didn't care. I had to find Collision. Not only was he my winner, my pride and joy, but he was my favorite. He was so spunky and different. I had saw something special in him the day I met him when I saw the gleam in his eyes. Yet I shook off my thoughts and continued on. I only slowed when it was thicker woods, and I listened hard for the familiar sound of hooves. I heard none. But, I did see the large hoof imprints in the dirt, no doubt Collision's. Hope flared in my stomach. That all turned into a sick feeling when I heard a terrified whinny and a loud growl.
"No!" I shouted, and I started to run. Run faster. Save him! Run!

*~*~*

[Collision's P.O.V.]
I hadn't wanted this to happen. All I had done was spooked a bit, and run off. The next thing I know a mangy, snarling dog has me cornered and getting closer by the second. I feinted left, and attempted to shoot right, but the dog was still there. I reared up high and slammed my hooves down right next to the dog, which caused him to back off slightly, but not much. To make it worse, three more dogs came spitting and snarling from the undergrowth, advancing mercilessly.
My eyes were wide with terror and sorrow. My heart was thumping wildly, as it might when I would compete with Joe.
Joe.
I flattened my ears, and then darted forward. The dogs seemed to whine and shoot apart. I squinted my eyes, imagining I was in a tournament. Run, Collision, run! I did. I ran across the clearing, but didn't get far. At least three more dogs stalked out of the shadows. I whipped around, but the original four, plus three other dogs had joined them. They all circled me at once, taking turns diving in and nipping at me, treating me like a toy. I couldn't get out of this. I felt a hard sting, and felt teeth sink into both my front legs. I fell upon them with a fearful neigh. The two dogs wiped the blood away from their lips and teeth. I felt my back legs also crumble, as they had been bitten as well.
This is the end. I thought dejectedly. This couldn't be it! I had to fight. I thrashed and bit, but nothing happened. I was immobile, and I lost strength fast and my legs burned. The dogs came closer, closer, closer. I closed my eyes slowing and waited, but suddenly a familiar, ear-splitting sound filled my ears.
Bang! Bang-bang-bang! BANG!

*~*~*

[Joe's P.O.V.]
What I saw nearly killed me inside. Ten dogs circling an unmoving Collision, looking hungry. But I saw his flank heave. He wasn't dead. Rage filled me, and I pulled a hand gun from a holster. After three men had broken in and stolen valuable things, plus terrorized my family, a couple years ago, a gun seemed appropriate. Now it would be.
My shot was shaky, but I had to try. I looked through the aim as quick as I could, and fired. I fired five times, hit four times, and the rest of the dogs fled immediately. After the fact, I ran to my horse. Collision just slightly opened his eyes, and weakly snorted. I stroked his forelock softly.
"It's okay. You'll be okay. It's okay." I murmured softly, but I was really reassuring myself.
Moments later, Bill and Allie came racing up, clearly out of breath. They looked around at the dogs, but didn't speak. Allie took out her phone and dialed without hesitation. I didn't listen to their conversation.

Collision was loaded up into a trailer with tender care. They said I could meet them at the vet, but that I could not ride with my horse. I was angry, but I finally hurried to the truck and drove. Allie and Bill had gone back to the barn to tend to the horses. That night, I was, however, allowed to stay with Collision in his stall. All of his legs were tightly bandaged, and he was laying down to sleep. Some other minor cuts had also been addressed, but the good thing was that no broken bones had shone up in the X-Ray. That night, though, as I stare at the sky and stare at Collision peacefully sleeping, I couldn't help but smile. He was the stallion that always had and would fight. He would have never just left this world without a final say. He would be okay.

[Exactly 1,300 words C:]

Poem:
I run with the stars until morning comes,
And then I sleep on clouds.
The Moon is my nightlight,
The Sun my beacon.
I don't need anything more then my youth,
And the burning passion of love.
I am free, free until the end of time,
Free until ropes catch me.
Every step I take,
Brings me closer to when you and I collide.
My instincts carry me where I need to be.
Don't fence me in,
Let me sleep beneath the light of the stars.
Don't make me be trapped.
For I shall always I run with the stars until morning comes,
And then I sleep on clouds.
The Moon is my nightlight,
The Sun my beacon.

Theme Song:
Shooting Star ;; Owl City

Owl City wrote:Close your tired eyes, relax and then
Count from one to ten and open them
All these heavy thoughts will try to weigh you down
But not this time

Way up in the air, you're finally free
And you can stay up there right next to me
All this gravity will try to pull you down
But not this time

When the sun goes down and the lights burn out
Then it's time for you to shine
Brighter than a shooting star
So shine no matter where you are

Fill the darkest night with a brilliant light
'Cause it's time for you to shine
Brighter than a shooting star
So shine no matter where you are tonight

Brighter than a shooting star
Shine no matter where you are tonight

Gaze into my eyes when the fire starts
And fan the flames so hot it melts our hearts
Oh, the pouring rain will try to put it out
But not this time

Let your colors burn and brightly burst
Into a million sparks that all disperse
And illuminate a world that'll try to bring you down
But not this time

When the sun goes down and the lights burn out
Then it's time for you to shine
Brighter than a shooting star
So shine no matter where you are

Fill the darkest night with a brilliant light
'Cause it's time for you to shine
Brighter than a shooting star
So shine no matter where you are tonight

Brighter than a shooting star
Shine no matter where you are tonight

A thousand heart beats beat in time
It makes this dark planet come alive
So when the lights flicker out tonight
You gotta shine

When the sun goes down and the lights burn out
Then it's time for you to shine
Brighter than a shooting star
So shine no matter where you are

Fill the darkest night with a brilliant light
'Cause it's time for you to shine
Brighter than a shooting star
So shine no matter where you are tonight

Brighter than a shooting star
So shine no matter where you are tonight.

> Simply put, this guy is unbelievably handsome. I love how he is so unique with his coloring!

> I don't think I have been this excited for a horse in a while. He made my heart skip a beat!
> I could spend hours to days ranting on and on of why I love this stally. To be honest, the reasons may go on and on, but I could never truly explain how much I would enjoy to have him to love forever. It's just a feeling I can't explain. This guy is special. I would die, be revived, then scream and jump around if I got such a horse. well maybe that's a slight exaggeration But I would be ecstatic. I would treasure him forever. If I don't win him, I hope whoever does also treasures him thoroughly.
> If I could choose one, and only one word to describe such a marvelous stallion as him it would be: perfect.

Other:
Unbelievable. Fantastic. Gorgeous.
I CAN'T DECIDE!!!
Nope, this is the one, I can feel it!
Hey, I found this interesting folktale: Why There Is Day and Night

Why I Wish to Have Him:
Why, there are too many reasons to count! I would list them all, but it would be a burden for you to read all of that! For a circumstance like this, I will bullet point these. [Sorry if there are a lot!]
> Simply put, this guy is unbelievably handsome. I love how he is so unique with his coloring!
> His tack is to perfection! The design is flawlessly gorgeous.
> The Moon and the Sun have always interested me. Research is always finding something new and amazing about them every day.
> His tack colors are a perfect match. Gold and silver are a great combination, and it's so shiny!
> You overdid yourself! His line edits are really cool.
> His design is very vivid. I like designs that are well-planned and had a lot of time spent on them.
> I entered for a couple of horses, and they were all beautiful, yet I never found them perfect for me. Suddenly, this guy popped up. I love the black and red horse, but I think this is the one for me!
> This whole event was a success. CHWR is lucky to have you. I totally didn't know these were real horse colors, but they are really cool!

NOOOOOOOOOOO.

WHY OH WHY DID I ADOPT THAT CHESTNUT. WHY.
_

I don't even know anymore. I just... I went for the plainest horse just so I could get one of the first ones, I don'r even really like the one I got. Of course I like his art, but, but... *cries and dies in a hole*
_

Immy, is there any possible way that I could eh, you know, kind of swap and put this pretty boy back into the competition, so that I could try out for this one? Or are there no 'backsies'. I was just wondering because I don't think i'll ever use or ever love that other horse but this horse... I just love to absolute pieces.
i'm pretty sure the last time i played here was in 2015. insane to see how it's changed. feel free to ask for my pets lol

The short answer is no, as it means I'll have to redo quite a lot (deleted a few layers to make way for some new ones on the horse you originally adopted).
