What are Emyriches?

Emyriches are large docile creatures that inhabit the large, mystical island of Emyr. They emerge from their leafy lairs at dusk and are active for most of the night and morning. A colony of Emyriches is a tightly knit community, mostly consisting of a couple families. They are very social but completely silent as they lack mouths. They communicate through the bells on their tails which are also completely silent to the average human ear. The Emyriches pick up these signals through their large rabbit like ears and then respond is necessary. How do they eat? Well, they use the colorful pads on their feet to absorb nutrients from plants. This doesn’t harm the plant.
They are the size of a small horse when full grown. Females are slightly taller than males and are usually the ones that lead the colonies. Males mark territories and guard if they have to. Their only means of self defense are their size and small claws on their hind feet.
Cubs are born without a bell, causing them to be mute for the first few months. At two years old, a cub will receive a wrap. This wrap will be their first and probably last. The parent either makes it or hires someone to. This band displays the cubs personality and where they stand in the colony. Females wear them on one of their front legs and males on one of the back. The wraps can be vibrantly colored and intricate but usually match the eyes and paw pads of the cub. They stand out from the naturally colored coat of the Emyrich.

As you can see from above, Anastasia's flower is a cimi pink ginger blossom, commonly found in tropical places. She's had it since she was born; she doesn't remember where she got it. It looks almost exactly like the one in the picture only a bit more orange and less bright pink.

Description: Dewy's crown is one of magical qualities. It is made of the most pure gold and adorns many extravagant purple jewels, yet is the lightness and daintiness of a feather. The gold is from the deepest caves of Emyr, a place only accessible by the great fae that made it, the unique jewels from a secret mountain location. Honeydew Moon had it ordered from her parents, who wanted her to have the richest, fairest accessory of them all - one unlike any other. WIP!

That was fun but I'm pulling out. I already have my darling boy Silvi and I'm not connecting with her.

About Delilah: Delilah is a quiet girl but always stands up for what she believes in. She sees the beauty and good in everyone and everything. Her favorite color is a soft tone of coral, the color of the sunsets. She loves flowers and enjoys taking a nice relaxing walk. She loves fresh air and being free to do whatever.
