Well he's back and better than ever ;v; with some slight color-shade changes and a some design tweaks ^^

I was going to revamp him on the normal lines, but I got carried away xD <3
His tail jewel was shattered & blackened in a terrible accident, so his control over water doesn't always work out the way he wants it to ~
