ALEX
There are people out there who hate me and who say I'm arrogant, vain, and whatever. That's all part of my success. I am made to be the best.
Male - he/him
prompt - he just used to enjoy working other kalons up and sometimes they come back to pick another fight
(not that he's apposed to that)

It had been a long time since Alex had been bothered by or cared much for anything. Having grown up to be naturally aloof and not very serious most kalons aren't too bothered by him. He views it as co-existing without much interaction. However if someone does make a wrong move or insult him a bit too much they should run. Quickly. This is because he views fights as cheap thrills and as he is easily bored it hep make daily life a bit more interesting. Despite this he does have a group of so called 'friends' and he enjoys spending time with them, often doing stupid and dangerous things to try and get a thrill, but he wouldn't say they're close. They might know his favourite colour and that he has a sister, but not much else, and definitely not anything about how he thinks.
A good way to explain him would be to say his emotions are muted - definitely not missing- but they are not as strong for him as other kalons (hence him often feeling bored), because of this he uses logic and even with his own lack of emotions he can read others very well. This makes him seem cold, but as previously stated he isn't really bothered by much - including how others perceive him. But when he was younger, he was a lot more wild, full of pride to the point of arrogance and with his logical thinking he would come off as haughty as well, because of this he did a great job of angering other kalons - especially if they were rather prideful as well. Another point of friction was his looks - while the girls found his marking interesting and mysterious (backed up by his personality) and because of this he used to be a bit of a playboy, which only irritated the guys more.
And so when Alex was approached by one of the guys from the athletic team he wasn't very surprised. The other kalon went on to accuse Alex of 'stealing' his girl he barely raised an eyebrow. A few harsh words were swapped while the other kalon became more angered Alex kept his cool. This of course was part of Alex’s plan and give him an edge in the fight. Finally the other kalon snapped, leaping at Alex with a growl. Blows were exchanged briefly before resulting in Alex coming out on top with a triumphant but lazy smirk and look that said ‘ this wasn’t even a fight’.
Alex wins most fights he gets into, not only due to his logical thinking and large amount of experience but also due to the fact he had learnt various martial arts throughout his life. He also has no qualms about using underhand tactics (though he doesn’t usually involve other people- that makes the situation dull and predictable) however, he does have a so called reputation to keep and so often doesn’t want to (and usually doesn’t have to) rely on them.
Now days he gets in a lot less fights, most people know not to mess with him and so are able to coexist. The only fights he gets into are if the other Kalon is stupidly worked up by his comments and forgets their place or if it’s a new hotshot kalon in town thinking to challenge him after hearing stories of his previous fights. This is because he has earnt (not through good deeds alone) a high social standing and an unofficial title of ‘king’ – but perhaps a more dictator-based title would be more suited.
