Ophelia and the Owl
Living in the desert was something you need to like. Ophelia didn't like it - She loved it!
The heat of the sun was wonderful and she loved to wander around the endless landscape. She followed the sun and saw it as her companion, her only friend next to her beloved owl, Orion.
Ophelia was known to be very extroverted, she loved to talk and enjoyed every drop of communication she could get as the desert was a very lonely place. Most Kalons preferred a colder climate, some even loved the snow - something Ophelia would never understand - so her home was a bit lonely.
To keep herself updated, Ophelia writes letters that Orion later carries to the bigger cities. Even with a great distance between herself and the town she never misses a chance to catch up on the latest gossip and is known as a very well educated herbalist.
