I'm not sure, but if you're COPPA I'll have to say that you won't be able to have a skype either, where most of our rp'ing is done.

I'm not entirely sure if we're going to be taking entries through the fan club. I know I, personally, am not on the chat frequently and aedo/wyrd is going through college apps and important stuff, and for her and I its easier if rping is done through Skype (And I believe Skype has an age limit? Or had one?) again, we did this through pm so that no one knew who else was entering, and couldn't pressure them to drop out, not do a particular concept or name, and plus, its a LOT less intimidating for only a few judges and guest judges than for the whole community to see it QuQ
