---hiElvira is what you'd call a "horror guru". She's always the first one to go out to watch the newest horror film. Due to this she has become the best of the best when it comes to terrifying someone, and boy does she take pride in scaring others. And what better way to scare others than making haunted houses? Vira has been making haunted houses since she was a mere year of age and has become a well known haunted house creator. She's known to make the scariest haunted houses around. She always picks the right music, sound effects, crew, props, cast, and so on and so forth. She's the best around and takes her "art" very seriously.
☢Least favorite thing about Halloween:
---hiElvira as you might've guessed, is all about the darker side of Halloween, not the lighter side. But of all the things you can do on Halloween it's no surprise that she does not like giving out candy. Vira has an extreme sweet tooth first of all, and she doesn't like sharing, I honestly doubt she knows what the concept of sharing is. And she detests giving away candy she paid for to "ungrateful little brats", as she calls trick or treaters.

Favorite thing about Halloween: Surprisingly, his favorite thing about Halloween is nothing spiritual or some sort of emotional thing. He just enjoys being able to dress up in ridiculous costumes that would result in odd glares any other day of the day. Plus, the candy is a bonus.
Least favorite thing about Halloween:
Usually being disappointed in what he gets as a treat. When someone gives him something like a pack of generic crackers instead of candy he just raises his brow. Though, even if he is disappointed in what he gets from a house he still says a hearty "Thank you."

The door creaked open as Booly entered the house. He looked around at the dusty furniture. "Hello?" he called out, the noise echoing off the walls. All went quiet, no one was here. Booly took one step inside, then suddenly a white figure whooshed out from the curtains, yelling, "BOO!"
Owl chuckled to herself as she put down the children's book. The halloween spirit was most definitely present in the preschool today, after all, it was halloween! Owl and her fellow staff members had prepared the decorations and snacks themselves, and though she hated to brag, Owl had to admit that the various rooms in the building looked amazing. Additionally a variety of halloween related activities had been scheduled for the day, but what Owl most looked forward to was the event labeled "ghost hunting". A game which she created herself, "ghost hunting" was played with a modified version of an Elefun machine. Rather than being blue, the modified version was painted white, and instead of butterflies being shot out of the trunk, little white paper "ghosts" were. It was always such a pleasure for Owl to watch the kids having a blast, and it always made her feel warm on the inside to think that she was the one who caused their happiness.

Least favorite thing about Halloween:

After the preschoolers left school in the afternoon, Owl knew that many of them would be up past their bed times trick or treating with their older siblings. This was a huge warning for a not so fun day to follow. A tired child meant a grumpy one! She already could predict that even her and her fellow staff members would grow grumpy as the day went on. However it was not for this reason why the grumpiness of tired children is her least favorite part of halloween, but simply because she hated to see her students upset. She absolutely loves children, especially the ones she teaches and has taught, and her heart breaks a little every time she sees one of them crying or being upset. While the initial wonder and fun of halloween is amusing and pleasing to Owl, the after effect on the kids are most certainly the opposite.

Tokala's favorite thing about Halloween is that he can be alone by himself and sculpt pumpkins to his hearts content.
He loves getting lost in his imagination thinking of all the wonderful things he can do with some tools, a large pumpkin, and his creativity.
No one bothers him while he's deep within his den, working on creating a world of marvelous sculptures.

Tokala's least favorite thing about Halloween is the amount of disturbances caused by children.
He is very picky and doesn't like to waste time on frivolous things, so when all the children come to his door for candy or for help carving their pumpkins, it causes him to become very upset.
When he gets distracted from his very concentrated mental state, Tokala gets resentful -
And it leaves a bitter taste every year in his mouth when he thinks about how he'll be bothered by children when he's working.

Favorite thing about Halloween:

is a horror writer. The history and traditions of Halloween have so much material that this time of year is his favorite - there's so much muse to write, write, write. Whether it be the surplus of literature and movies to gain inspiration for his own script from, or the creativity in costumes and modern-day custom that inspires it, the holiday is very nearly dedicated to his profession. The history in itself is amazing; the original celebrations, the pagan rituals, and the superstitions that surround it are enough for a lifetime of reading and writing. Plus, he's a grumpy hermit of a writer, and Halloween is his one day to shine.

Least favorite thing about Halloween:

Things that ruin the holiday spirit. Whether it be giving out healthy food instead of candy, or dressing in something that is lazy, philosophical, or just plain not in any way frightening, Salem, in his grumpy, secluded element, does not enjoy things that ruin the creepy, celebratory spirit. It's a bit hypocritical given his unfriendly nature, but hey, it's what he stands by. As an extension of this major pet peeve, young delinquents that take advantage of the day to raid, pilfer, steal, and trash businesses and houses in their own twisted spirit get on his nerves, and more often than not he has dragged kids by the ear to the police station because they think that they can vandalize the Victorian-style house of "that nasty ol' writer."

the annoying lil kids who come up to me and ask for candy. seriously, i don't get what others enjoy in this lame custom!

pip doesn't like children to start with, because he thinks they are annoying and stupid. he is also very sweet-toothed and
would kill for a pack of candies or a lollipop. obviously, he doesn't want to share his sweets with ones he doesn't like.
