Magic: They say the light is the symbol of all truth in the world it welcomes all who in particular feel its safety, let me tell you how this goes along with Esther. You see, it dates a while back to a day of sheer joy and celebration all was just right...maybe too "right" for the average eye to see or the strongest ear to hear, some may say it just didn't feel right others will say they felt fine and never expected the situation to happen but all we know is we can't say for certain why it happened. It was a beautiful summer night, the breeze blowing every so gently against the surrounding oak trees but down by the willow tree next to the water sat Esther, Calmy watching the lavenderish colors of this warm nights sky dance around the water, a wonderful thought of the beach drifted through her mind, the sand between her toes ever so lightly tickling and guiding itself into crevices, Esther usually thought about this but this time something was different. something she could not figure out- Aha! that was it the blasting of music at this celebratory party had stopped. It seemed all the sound had been drained from the world as she began to detect any of the remaining sound left in the cool air, None. At first, a thought of joy ran through her mind excited to finally have peace as she rested, but after awhile the party stopping didn't seem right especially when it had just reached its peak. hence this thought traveling her mind she decided to shake the feeling and enjoy herself that is until she heard a faint rumble, almost like thunder but not exact. she opened one eye only to see darkness had fallen and beyond the soft oak trees was a raven..it seemed to be illuminating an eery dark glow. Esther watched as it seemed to fly around searching...but for what? she could only hesitate as she saw the raven dive into the trees and not soon after soar out with great power leading what seemed to be crows but without the ravens emitting glow, Esther looked ahead only to notice they were flying directly at her. but why? she said to herself as she remembered the tales of the rulers of darkness taking various forms. this didn't make sense to her, but with the crows closing in she felt an urge, almost a gut feeling to open both of her eyes, " but.. my other eye is blind how may this help ?" she thought again but without much more hesitation she did, a formation of stars had formed around, creating a blast of light exploding through the forest making creatures of all sort gather to watch as the raven along with its crow counterparts faded away as the light touched their feathers, the light had faded now only illuminating from various designs across Esther, They had all been watching in amazment to what had happened that night, they still don't know how Esther had preformed magic like this and they may never know.
