Residence;; To us all, a place of residence is a home. Usually a large and yet impressive one that'll be nowhere near an eye-bore. A place where you can easily relax, a place where you can get attached to what little, or even a lot that lies there. A home, a residence is supposed to be where you can feel safe, without a string of discomfort in the idea of destruction passing towards you. Our comfortable beds, with pillows that are threaded with cotton, that in reality feel like heaven on earth may be one of our favourite places in our house. The point is..What if, just for a moment we thought. We looked back to what we have and realize. Some of us that may have had that luxury before, no longer do. It may sound like a fairy tail with a happy ending, a sob story of which the author branches out to the reader's emotions. Yet it is not. It is reality. Meet Ayumi. A 25 year old who currently lives in a storage unit. That is right if you thought your mind was fooling you. A storage unit. Not one of little space. Small space [10x10]. You'd think with this being this size, it must be bare. To even breathe! Sadly not. Bundled up to the brim with boxes which contain previous prized possessions, previous memories of loved ones and everything. Not much the lifestyle you'd have wished for hm?
Former Occupation;; To live in such terrible conditions, something must've occurred. For Ayumi, it was her career. Her everything that she trained for, came crashing down because of two people.. Herself and the one closest to her. You'd be intrigued to know what happened? The exact day. 27th of August, the 100M sprint womens finals in the Olympics. The tension was not only brewing in the crowd, it was in the athletes themselves. Ayumi Fletcher, had slowly slid on her new running spikes gave to her from her sponsor. She had not used them before, and she had high hopes that they shouldn't ruin her performance as they were similar to her others. Jogging on over to the track, with the other athletes cheers of the high spirited fans had roared. Of course, they were nothing compared to the men's, but of course. Gender equality in any type of athletics or sports would not be perfect. As all the athletes had themselves prepared. The familiar sound of a gun going off had entered the ears of not only Ayumi, but the entire stadium. Pushing off her feet, like every other athlete she had then started off in a sprint. For the first few seconds she had stayed in the middle of the pack, but an all too familiar feeling had now surged through her body. Pain. In attempts to ignore it, Ayumi broke out of the pack, but the heel of her new running spikes had done the un-imaginable. Dug in to her skin. This caused her body to fly forwards, and with a natural reaction Ayumi outstretched her arms but her face had plummeted to the ground. Never shall she forget this day.
Current Occupation;; Ever heard of an ethical hacker? The kind of hacker that digs in to computer systems and networks in attempt to find a small bug or glitch in the system, of which is reported to the owner and this is usually used for the owner's behalf. Using a pre-generated system, whenever Ayumi can get access to a computer. Usually by going to
a library or pretty much any place where she can grab access to the internet. She'll boot up the system, and of which every time she goes through and finds bugs or glitches. She earns very little. It's around enough to thrive and eat.
