Adámas lives in an Empire where every poli is born with a unique gemstone. The gem they were born with determines who and what they will become as they grow up.
The diamond polies always become warriors because of their natural strength and ability to endure harsh conditions for the longest time. Their strength is what the Empire depends on, and Adámas takes pride in that. The bracers were passed down from his parents when he left to join the Empire with the other diamond polis. It's the only thing connecting him back to his family.

Why she got it was because before she left she gave crystal the family tiara, handed down from generations and now to her. ( she was her fav :3)

Anastasia Lucienne Estelle Lune. It's a bit of a mouthful, and she prefers to be addressed as Luci, and nothing else.

♧ What is the Pudding's favorite accessory? ♣

A simple pyrite ring.

♠ Why and/or how did they get it? ♤

She received the ring as a birthday gift from her grandmother when she was young little Poly.

At first Luci was quite excited to own the little trinket, which shined with a beautiful golden luster. She ran around and proudly flaunted it at every pudding poly she met, quite convinced that it was made of some rare, expensive material. She was met with confused looks, and wondering why, she approached her grandmother and asked her what the ring was made of.

Chuckling, she responded, "Darling, don't judge a gem by its shine. All this time you thought you carried a striking ornament on that delicate little paw of yours, when in fact you were simply showing off a mere fragment of pyrite..Or fool's gold."

Luci was distraught that she had been tricked this whole time by none other than her own dear grandmother. The older poly continued, with a twinkle in her eye, "I hope this teaches you to control that pride of yours, Anastasia. Looks can be quite deceiving and there is often more to something or someone than what meets the eye. I just want you to remember that not all that glitters is gold."

The boastful and vain young poly was humbled that day. She realized the wisdom behind her grandmother's words and the true meaning behind them. Luci continues to wear the pyrite ring to this very day to remember old poly's advice and as a reminder to avoid acting like her younger, much more foolish self.
