how does she handle her anger?: She loves to run, Whenever she is mad he will gallop around her pasture, she is also known to nip, kick, buck, and rear when in her stall. some less destructive ways she handles her anger is she takes deep breaths and empty's her mind, almost like meditation, she also listens to music to calm her anger and whenever the stable hands can tell she is angry they will bring the radio over and turn up the volume.

how does she handle her anger?:

Nattalia is one of the sweetest mares you'd ever meet. She's nice, helpful, organized, and patient no matter what the situation. But sometimes, there's that one a**hole (please excuse my slighty censored language) that knows all the buttons to push and insults to spit out that set her off, or a situation that she feels so ignored or hated in. And if they do indeed manage to get her mad, she normally handles it by staying relatively quiet, and just telling a close family memeber or friend, though inside anger has grabbed her heart and twisted it. She often just lays and stares at the sky, trying to calm down. Inside she's a tornado, but outside, she's like a bare desert, showing no emotion. If she's unhappy, she'll often distance herself from the herd and stop talking and eating, until she calms down. Oh, and there's one other thing that can turn that tornado inside to a little dust bunny...

Wait, what? A singing horse?

It may seem strange, but Nattalia takes pride in her voice. She often, when mad, will stay up at night and walk about singing, just voicing her opinions and feelings to whatever might be listening. It shakes the anger away from her heart, and just seems to take her back to that happy, sweet Nattalia that everyone loves. <3
