prompt:
to fall asleep, arietta typically likes to brew a nice cup of chamomile tea!
unfortunately, this doesn't work right away. after she drinks her tea, she usually
just lays there with a good book in her hands and it almost always does the trick.

prompt: A. Frasers go to for inducing sleepy time would be their favorite warm drink. A nice cherri elderberry or strawberry chamomile tea will do the trick. With a temp of exactly 57° C (135° F) Fraser can enjoy their cup quickly and flow into dreamland soon after.

prompt:What helps them sleep better at night?
Janda has two diffusers, which she alternates periodically - soft lemongrass and thyme + basil. Both are very soothing and she loves smelling them as she falls asleep. But, what
really helps, is her realistic battery-operated candle. It has a five hour timer and a magnet that moves the independent "wick" randomly, perfectly simulating a real flame. She loves to watch the light dancing on the walls and ceiling until finally just passing out.

prompt: What do they use to help keep them awake?
Dash, in fact, keeps a joy buzzer hidden in their neckerchief! When they feel their blinks starting to stretch out into microsleeps, they slap a paw on that to jolt themselves awake.

"What helps them sleep better at night?"
A good friend to cuddle with!
Be it a little critter or a big fluffy creature, Julien enjoys cuddles. Having someone to stay by your side feels very calming for him, which improves his emotions and helps him get better sleep. If he doesn't have anyone to cuddle with, he has a very warm blanket to keep him company and warm during very cold evenings
