What "would" they be the ruler of? Silly human, they ARE the ruler of Warren already! Well, Epsilon, but... same difference. As the fifth point in the star, an Epsilon serves as the ruler of their township, the closest point to the heavens. Bumble n' Skip (or just Bumble, for short) was born an outsider, but through much training and working hard to be seen, became the right-hand cat of the former Epsilon. Making sure to always work hard and be kind, they quickly worked their way into the hearts of the town and became the new Epsilon!

Snowfur looked behind herself, the watcher on duty keeping their quiet and meeting her eyes with a glare. She kept padding along, the fog starting to roll into her path. Quickly, after arriving in a rocky area and making sure no cat was nearby, she pushed against a rock, sliding it to reveal the entrance of cave. Putting on her best charismatic smile, she walked in. A group of cats awaited her, attentively watching her climbing onto an elevated rock. She started to truly smile as she made announcements to the cats, finally getting to the point of being able to strategize the plan. She would take over the crown soon and end meteorclan's suffering.

xxx “Would you shut up?” Yew hissed in annoyance. “If you can’t keep your trap shut while I patch your leg up, you might find yourself eating deathberries instead of poppy seeds!”
xxx Arthur took no notice to the healer’s threats; he knew she was like this to everyone, even if he’d only been in the clan a few days to see it. “Oh, but Yew, my friend! Can’t you see!” He sighed dramatically, craning his neck to look where she crouched behind him, wrapping cobwebs over his hind leg. “He’s in love with me!”
xxx Yew glanced up, a look of disgust crossing her face, before going back to her work. “You’re mouse-brained.” “Oh, but Yew! He saved me from that terrible beast! Oh, my knight in shining armor!” Arthur meowed dreamily, swishing his tail. “Sit still!” Yew hissed, before continuing, “He saved you from that fox because he knew you didn’t stand a chance. You’re practically still a kittypet.” “But Yew!” He repeated, purring. “He invited me on that romantic stroll through the forest!” She snorted in exasperation. “That was not a romantic stroll, Arthur, that was a tour of the territory. And he didn’t invite you, Genesis announced someone needed to do it and it just so happened he wasn’t busy.”
xxx “It was fate,” Arthur meowed, swishing his tail again, and Yew had to restrain herself from clawing off his fur. “He probably didn’t even talk to you the whole time,” she said sourly, knowing that in truth, he hadn’t ever spoken to anyone. But that didn’t miff Arthur. “He’s so mysterious,” he purred. She sighed. “Arthur, you’ve been here three days. You can’t go chasing cats you barely know and getting into trouble.” She nodded toward his leg. “These scars are going to be permanent.”
xxx She half expected the tom to say something along the lines of “a reminder of his feelings!”, but pricked her ears when, instead, he murmured, “I suppose you’re right… Perhaps I should set a goal? To show the clan I am serious about being here?” She nodded, inwardly purring that she’d knocked some sense into the senseless tom. “And I already know that goal,” he announced.
xxx “I will be ruler,” he began confidently, standing up. Yew was too surprised to be angry that he’d interrupted her work again. She nearly choked, asking “What?” He purred, looking proudly at her. “Ruler of Jay’s heart!”
xxx “…You’re hopeless.”
