Even though they're a sunset bab, their favorite time of day is the early morning when the world is still asleep. The sun is just rising over the horizon and the first red rays of sun stream through the trees. The morning dew glistens on the leaves and grass and the birds sing. They love to watch the clouds change color as the world begins to wake.

whats their favorite time?: Eden's favorite time, is when it's time to get ready for bed. Around 8:45 she starts a kettle of water to boil while she puts a soothing camomile and lavender blend tea into her favorite mug. After she pours her tea, she rinses off in the shower while it cools slightly, and she changes into a fresh t-shirt and brushes her teeth. Crawling under her king-sized weighted blanket she nestles herself in and grabs whatever book she's reading at the time from her nightstand. Then, until close to 10:00 Eden reads and sips her cozy tea, her whole house, body, soul and mind drifting into a quiet and still state. Once her tea is gone and she's a few chapters further into her book, she sets it all aside and turns out the lamp, rolling over to slip into sleep, dreams filled with the stories she reads every night. Eden was taught from a young age that reading is one of the best things to soothe the mind, and she finds that her nighttime routine helps to wash away the day's worries.
