explanation [496/500]:
"Bonnie, this pendant is for you. Even if I die, my soul will always watch over you, and that pendant is there to remind you of it. Stay safe, my child."
Bonnie is one of the first unrecorded time travelers, having been one of the first to use a device that is assumed to be a portal of some sort, dated at 1865. The outfit is the only clothing she was given when she was tossed through a portal by her father to escape the possibility of being caught by police for her crimes. The cowboy hat was a gift from her only friend by the name of Clyde, who had gone missing before she traveled.
She has no other outfits, and is frightened to try and find one more fitting with the times. However, she has conducted a way to make her clothing look more fitting with the modern era she fell into. She painted the clothing to make them brighter, and made sure that the colors were bright enough so that she not only could wash them, but that the color would still be extremely bright in comparison once the wash was done.
The only clothing items she hasn't done this for are her necklace and her cowboy hat, as those have extreme sentimental value and must be kept with their wear and tear intact. On the back of the pendant, the words "For my Strong Daughter", and a heart are engraved. On the cowboy hat, there is a small piece of paper tacked to the outside with a pin, which says "Best Friends Forever, through hell and back." written in ink, even if the paper has been torn up over the years.
Bonnie's Basket is not only an accessory, but often a key part in her outfit. Most of the times it's filled with grass, leeks, apples, or peaches. This depends on where she's harvesting, or stealing, fruit. The darker tone of the basket often makes Bonnie think that it goes well with her mostly brighter-colored outfit. She doesn't think this way often, seeing as she still carries a life of crimes, but when she has the ability to sit down and look at herself in one of her mirrors at home, she can't help but notice that sometimes her outfit can be a bit... underwhelming when it came to the colors.
All of her outfit is made out of 1800s fabrics, making it quite uncomfortable in comparison to the modern age's clothes. Bonnie has considered making her own clothing that's a bit more comfortable, but she fears the possibility of losing the clothing that she wore when she first left her father. Her clothing has become much of an emotional dilemma for her, and due to her loneliness and lack of contact with the outside world except for stealing, she cannot get help for her problems. The emotional problems connected with her clothing only seems to be getting worse as time goes on.
