Silent Rain doesn't talk a lot and is quick and quiet on her feet. She is calm, gentle and laid back. They say that she has eyes of a hawk and can hear anything. No one has never managed to sneak up on her and spook her. Silent Rain was first named Silent Paw/Kit because of the fact she is a very quiet and gentle cat. However, she got from a famous hunt of hers. SilentPaw was getting ready to go on her hunting patrol as the clan was starving as prey had been hiding due to the large storm that had been attacking the islands. She was walking around when a huge rainstorm came right over her. Fighting the rain she began to make her hunt. She fought harder and harder through the storm. It was dangerous as she had left without her mentor because she desperately needed to bring food home. After hours of searching, she came home with a bundle of fish. Saving the clan from starvation and soon after the horrible storm calmed down and everything returned to normal. This gave her the name Silent Rain.

heart - for her bravery. before she joined sageclan, hailstar watched her to see if she would be a threat. this quickly turned out to be an unwarrented fear when he saw all the brave, kind things she did. one day, tawnyheart heard a shout of a two-leg, and raced towards it. it was a two-leg kit, wailing in the field. it's parents were not with them, and it appeared lost. tawnyheart gained the kits trust by cuddling up to it and purring, then gently grabbed it's over-pelt with her teeth. hailstar was intrigued by this and continued watching, curious to what the molly would do then. to his surprise and delight, the molly lead the furless kit home, where it was embraced by its parents. hailstar, upon meeting her, asked her why she did that when she could have been hurt or captured. she looked at him and said simply, "it was the right thing to do."

cloud - A traditional prefix representing a calm and level-headed cat. She proved her self as such during her apprenticeship, always thinking before acting, even if it did result in slow reactions. She likes to make sure everyone is happy and appeased, and believes in the value of words over actions. Everything is about finding a peaceful solution to her, even if it's rather idealistic.

Dusk - Named for how her fur seems to reflect the last few seconds of the sun's light, before it gives way to the moon. Her mostly dark fur resembling the night sky, while the parts of her that are white resemble both the moon and the fading clouds. Her ginger patches, represents the fading sunlight as the world is slowly emerged into darkness. While her golden eyes are the setting sun. Thus, representing the time period she was named after.

Flame - Named not just for how her ginger patches seemed to also resemble fire. But also because of both her fierce determination and her fiery temper. Because of this, she isn't afraid to call others out for what she believes to be wrong. Neither is she afraid to stand up to those who are of a higher rank than her. Due to her strong determination, it often becomes difficult to get her to let go of a certain task, once she sets her sights on it. Often leading to long and heated discussions, until she finally gives way to reason. However, if she is pushed beyond her level of tolerance, then she becomes just as fierce as the fire she is named after. Often making it quite a frightening sight to see in battle. For her inner flame cannot be easily extinguished, instead it will only grow the more determined she becomes, much like a wild fire. But like all fires, even she can become mild and calm. As long as she is around those she can tolerate, and not those that will try to light the spark.

Answer: Gentlestar was named for her kindness and gentlness with her siblings. Her brother, Crookedkit, was born with his front paws pointed inwards - meaning he couldn't walk. Gentlestar, Gentlekit at the time, always played with him but made sure to be gentle and always let him win. She would restle with him, but as soon as he showed the slightest bit of pain she would immediately stop and ask if he was okay.
After he died at 2 Months, her mother had decided it would be nicer if he was sent to Starclan and the Medicine Cat agreed, Gentlestar made sure to keep true to her name. She became a great apprentice and always made sure to be gentle with the Kits,
Queens, Elders and the cranky Medicine cat. She stays true to her name now as Clan leader.
