Registration will come around once all Mustangs are completed and auctioned off, so no worries, we've still got about ten horses to go before that officially opens up ^^ When the time does come, I'll just have a Google form set up and you can fill in the information there. And the Mustang Million is explained in relative detail here if you want to read that, and in short is a competition among RVEC users to gentle and train through written or visual artwork and then compete against others in your chosen category for a monetary prize that will be determined after all Mustangs are adopted ^^ If you need more detail, just ask and I'll be happy to explain!
