.•°¤*(¯`★´¯)*¤° Name:°¤*(¯´★`¯)*¤°•. Aivero.
Vero means true, which is the root
word of their name. And their nickname.
.•°¤*(¯`★´¯)*¤° Gender: °¤*(¯´★`¯)*¤°•. Male, pansexual.
.•°¤*(¯`★´¯)*¤°Do their eyes open:°¤*(¯´★`¯)*¤°•. Yes, their eyes have the ability to open but they choose to close
it for good. It's something like a vow they've kept to themselves.
If and when their eyes open it's nothing. No blood, no guts,
not even air. It's a void of emptiness. You see, it's pretty dangerous
if someone looks into their eyes bad things can happen. Within the
depths of their eyes are shattered hopes, shattered hearts and
shattered dreams. Everyone, in some sort of way, has a shattered hope.
Whether it be something big or something small. Because hope doesn't
just fade, it doesn't just disappear. It needs to regenerate somewhere.
Regenerating hope can be dangerous. It can hurt someone. It can make
someone hurt others or themselves. So they need to be contained. Until
it can become new hope for someone else and help them with the chance
of being shattered again. There are all sorts of creatures that can be born
to contain and only those creatures know about their responsiblity. Sometimes
there's a dog with a jar, a cat with a strange bell, a human with a bracelet....
An icicle bat with their eyes. Luckily those hopes don't affect their
personality or mood. They can't tell anyone. Vero can't risk it. Not again.
Not ever again.
.•°¤*(¯`★´¯)*¤°Why do they trail stardust:°¤*(¯´★`¯)*¤°•."Stardust?" Vero swishes his tail a bit and turns to face you, keeping his eyes closed.
"If I remember correctly it's a genetic thing." the icicle bat stated before hanging upside down.
"I think that's what auntie said." then he put his paws together and smiled.
"Oh yeah! It is a genetic thing! It skips a few generations. I think the last one who had the stardust was my great-great-great-great grandmother." Vero clears his throat and laughs a bit.
"Okay, here's how the story goes..."A long time ago, when humans just started making civilizations icicle bats roamed the area. Staying away from humans and being cautious. But curiosity got the best of them. So they watched from afar, seeing humans and how they live their life. They saw how humans eat, interact and spar with each other. And due to curiosity once again the icicle bats of the area tried to spar as well. Using sticks and sharp stones. But no metal since they can't carve with their paws. They learned quickly and taught the art for a few generations. After a while food and water grew scarce. Arguments and fights broke out. Soon another group of icicle bats came from a far away land to jeep their lives safe. The two groups fought and their anger became one dangerous being. It was huge and they all grew in fear. It hurt many and they needed someway to fight back. They were out of sticks. There was no other choice but to join as one group to fight the beast, for the sake of their future. They had no other choice but to use their icicles. Many lives were lost but the beast was defeated. The remaining icicle bats moved away to a safer land. And the very next generation started seeing stardust from their paws, their mouths and their tails. It was common and thought to be the dust of our ancestors. Those who sacrificed as a memory. To remember what they lost, what they gained and what we learned. The genes grew rare and slowly lost touch.
"I guess I was just lucky. A lot of icicle bats treat me weirdly but I don't mind. Auntie says I'm one of a kind and I trust her." Vero smiles again and yawns.
"Dear, I'm sleepy. Bye, I gotta go to bed.".•°¤*(¯`★´¯)*¤° Personality:°¤*(¯´★`¯)*¤°•. Vero is a very kind young one who is willing to lend a paw anytime. He has an innocent soul and isn't aware of what others say about him. He's introverted and would much rather stay by himself on his favorite tree. He works hard on everything he does. Sometimes too hard when it's not worth it. He gets really intense in chores and does it immediately. His skills with others aren't the best since the first thing they ask is "why're your eyes closed?" not like he can tell or that they'll believe a word he says. Vero really wants to interact but can't. Sometimes he's too gullible and mean with his opinions, but he doesn't mean to. As said earlier, bad people skills.

Wait, is that right?" .•°¤*(¯`★´¯)*¤° Hobby:°¤*(¯´★`¯)*¤°•. Aivero's favorite hobby is to swim in the water. When he swims the water glows due to the stardust and Vero just stays there. Breathing in nature around him while being carried by the current.
.•°¤*(¯`★´¯)*¤° Relaxing: °¤*(¯´★`¯)*¤°•.His favorite way to relax is by sleeping up on his favorite tree. It's actually a dead tree and it's pretty weak but it was the first tree he ever climbed. He just thinks it's hibernating. But he sleeps there most of the time.
