{ Who is Milo? }

Milo is a very over the top kind of guy. He is perceived as mysterious, mischievous, and even at times annoying. Usually he struggles making friends simply because he struggles so much with his social anxiety. His stutter doesn’t help much either. Milo stays very reserved until you get to know him. Once he warms up to you he becomes a non-stop talker. Every part of him simply wants to make others laugh and feel good about themselves. However, Milo also struggles to keep friends since his childhood lack of social interaction makes it hard for him to understand when he is stepping over his bounds. Sometimes his jokes are just too much for others to handle.

{ Others’ Perspectives }

For others, Milo is a quiet guy who sticks to himself until he finally gets to know someone. Then he becomes an over dramatic class clown who never knows when to shut up. Not to mention you never know when he’s going to turn around and try to play a prank. He is always planning something. Very rarely is there a time when Milo isn’t planning some sort of big joke. But there have been times when it’s just too far, and many people stop associating themselves with him.

{ Self-Perception }

On the other hand, Milo believes himself to be very timid but also very funny. Even with his insecurities Milo has always prided himself on his sense of humor. He just doesn’t realize that people don’t get that he pushes his humor on others, so they don’t realize just how self-conscious he gets. His stutter has always made Milo feel as if he wasn’t good enough for others just because he couldn’t hold a conversation as well. People never seem to realize that he could be so much more outgoing and not bother people as much with his jokes if it wasn’t for that silly stutter. Life would be so much easier… Thankfully for Milo, his insecurities only go voice deep, and he doesn’t struggle with appearance. And even then, he has never had to worry too much about making friends just because the only people he really has time to talk to are those he works with. Milo can literally spend all his time chatting up the beautiful marine creatures that he gets to study for a living. Steve Irwin wasn’t the only guy would could befriend a sting ray.
