→ you agree to be polite and respectful of ALL staff and community members regardless of their behavior.

→ if you have a problem with one of the staff, either let them know and get it resolved. if that cannot be done, please contact me on any way you can. this community is to remain as drama free as possible, to promote a COMPLETELY friendly community.
→ you agree to follow all chickensmoothie rules. regardless of what goes on here.

→ we have our own set of rules, but chicken smoothie does also, do not do anything that conflicts with those rules.
→ you agree to not sell ANY ik's be resold for any currency!

→ unless you have VALID proof that you purchased an ik for a currency other than keipah coins, you may not sell them again for higher than you purchased unless with viable art.
→ you agree to keeping all keipahs on domains where i am available!

→ they may only be re-posted on sites where i can monitor them. Deviantart, Toyhouse, here and Flightrising are the only options.
→ you acknowledge that we reserve the right to issue warnings and bans as the moderators and owners see fit.

→ warnings are permanent, and can carry. there currently is a limit of 3 warnings before 1 of two types of bans.

→ ban type 1: probation ban - here you keep your keipah but cannot participate in ANY Species activities, breedings, contests, events, creating art, participating in trades or sales, buying items at the shop or transferring currency or items. Any trades must be approved by the owners, and you ban is temporary for however long it needs to be.

→ ban type 2: permanent ban - here we reserve the right to take away all keipah, items, and currency gained in our species. this notification will fall on me as the owner of the species. you cannot participate in ANY species activities, breedings, contests, ect. no one can gift ik's to you or sell them to you. and if you participate on the discord you will be kicked. failure to follow this could result in reportion for theft. THE ONLY WAY ANY KEIPAH WILL LEAVE YOU IS IF ALL STAFF VOTE ON IT. if you do get to keep your keipah you cannot participate in ANYTHING keipah related, even co-owning. Co-owned keipah are nulled and cannot participate in anything keipah related, regardless of if the second owner is unbanned.

→ you agree to not create your own spin-offs, or make your own keipah unless you have have a proper custom or myo.

→ failure to comply will immediately get you banned from the species, and reported for theft. i do not approve of such behaviors and it has happened to other species in the past.
→ you agree to acknowledge that ik's are not a "special" species

→ we do not OWN anything here aside from the lines, concept, etc, but no edits can be "reserved" for this species. i have gotten notices in the past that these look like kalons and i must change it, but kalons do not own any edits to themselves. nor do we. they're just a fun popular species. many species have flat noses.
→ you acknowledge that once a keipah design is made it cannot be ever transferred to another species!

→ you may transfer a design over to the species, but after that it stays as a character of the species. i wont allow transfers into another species, nor for them to leave the species unless for a good reason is brought to me. simply: keipah designs cannot be transferred out of the species, ever.
→ you agree that if you see any keipah offsite being sold for any currency you'll report it to me or staff immediately!

→ know that I wont sell keipah on FR or furaffantiy or any other site other than deviantart or the discord server! I do have an FR account (Alavii) so if you can find me and screenshot it with the user who's selling it send it to me. MY Currency is USD so please, if you see Euros or any other currency it's not me whos selling it. The max keipah can go for is $20. MYO's can't be bought for USD only keipah coins.

- you must have an archive of your items somewhere. this is mandatory
- you will be free to create keipah if you have myos to use
- you may trade keipah within the species [if another user is a member]
- no new adopts will be created
- you may not sell a keipah for USD/ da points
- you may adopt out a made keipah to another user that is in the species
- you are welcome to breed your keipah within reason but keep in mind the breeding limits
- there is no breeding cooldown, and you are welcome to revamp keipah with the proper items
- staff must approve: [these need to be placed in the registry!]

keipah trades - staff must approve you owning said keipah as well as both parties agreeing
items being used/traded - staff must confirm you owning the items before the trade can be validated
nursery batch creation - staff must confirm the batch follows species rules as well as nursery slots are followed
design revamps - staff must approve design changes and such with items provided ofc
- staff do not need to approve:

myo/custom creation - so long as you have the ticket and the traits are on the list it is ok
keipah growths - so long as the design is relatively close and the colors are close it is ok
