Short PFCFS, ends on the second post of page 3-- Provide a voice claim for this cat + something titular this cat would say (as in, an iconic saying that would only come out of their mouth.) The voice claim can be an actor or a character an actor plays, doesn't matter.

So like, for instance, a voice claim could be Puppycat from Bee and Puppycat, and the iconic saying could be something like "Use the sword! No!!! Use the sword as a sword!" The saying doesn't have to be a quote that the actual voice claim has said, though.
