Bees. Just bees. Myotis first saw them and was astounded. How could they fly? Did this planet have a gravitational pull which these small creatures were able to manipulate? If so, what makes them that powerful? Xe grew obsessed with watching these tiny seemingly harmless fluffballs (besides their tiny sting, but that was nothing compared to other things xe's encountered) and was even more amazed when xe found out they make food! And sweet food at that, a rare thing that tastes more wonderful than any other thing Myotis has encountered thus far. The more xe learns about bees, like how they help the entire plant life on this planet thrive, the more awe xe feels for the black and yellow bugs.

After a while, xe triumphantly figured out how they could fly, which surprised some of the lion creatures on this planet as they had assumed the question was unanswerable. But knowing their secret didn't make bees any less incredible to Myotis. Xe even decided to engineer xyr familiar (an energy based kind of life form which is bonded to their designer) similar to one of this planet's best creatures. Because as far as Myotis is concerned, bees are the best discovery so far on this rock.

When Glimmen woke up, she was disoriented. She couldn't remember who or where she was. She was quickly distracted from this by setting her eyes on the most beautiful creature she'd ever seen. The slender form, the subtle curves, the dazzling eyes. Her heart thumped fast and loud in her chest and she knew. She knew she'd never love anyone or anything more than she loved that creature in this moment. She loud out a loud, excited squeal as it looked her direction.
Startling by the noise, the gecko flicked out it's tongue at her and quickly clambered into a hole in the rocks it'd been sunning itself on.

Prompt: Eunoia looked around at the strange new world she'd been dropped into, taking it all in. The soft yellow light filtering through the birch leaves cast the forest in a sort of ethereal glow to her.

She saw some movement out of the corner of her eye, and slowly turned her head towards it. Before her was the most adorable thing she'd ever seen. A tiny, spikey ball of a creature. Its black eyes looked up at her as she slowly approached, trying not to scare it. She laid her head on the ground in front of it.

The creature didn't seem to like this, however, because it curled up into a ball and rolled forward a bit, poking her in the nose with the thorns on its back. Eunoia recoiled in surprise, hissing slightly. She stared down at it curiously. She wanted it to come out and play, or at least see her. She made a sound of disappointment and curled up near it, giving it space.

It slowly uncurled itself, staring at her. It cautiously waddled up to her and laid down next to one of her paws.

Meklit beamed brightly but her tail swished with embarrassment. "It may seem like an odd choice but these things can be found just about anywhere in the prides five regions: pygmy goats. These cute little guys are shorter than two feet and weigh less than a hundred pounds. They're curious and friendly and always seem down to play. I remember the first time I found one. They've got cute little horns, chubby little bodies, cute little legs- everything about them is just so cute! I love how playful they are. And surprisingly sturdy. Have you ever seen goats in a tree? Let me tell you- they're determined to get up there no matter how many times they fall out. They just bounce back up. Sometimes even using the others as a stepping stool." She shakes her head, a fond smile on her face. "I love pygmy goats. Though they may need some time to adjust to me. I think they're scared of me. They tend to run off when I get close. Maybe one day."

"Did it bite you? They do that. Fair warning."

"They can bite?! Where are their mouths though?" Lake Wisher crouched back down next to the ants.
