Fallen | | Brave | | Bright

Hanaki's mother was a dark angel, so heaven cast her out. She resides in Rynirre, the land of great magic. She was taken in by a Lupora named Ashiya. Ashiya named her Hanaki, meaning flowering trees, as she was found in a budding magnolia tree. She usually is bright and cheerful, but when she gets angry, she turns to a dark red color, and her feathers turn black and tattered.


'Flump!' The baby Plumerian landed in a freshly blooming magnolia tree. She squeaked and looked around. She looked up at the sky and thought, 'Why am I here?' No answer came. Exhaustion overcame her, and she fell asleep.

Ashiya padded through the undergrowth of the forest, and she sniffed the air. What was that smell? Not prey... She took a few steps forward and gazed around. A glowing ball of light caught her eyes. Ashiya walked forwards and saw that it was a small animal, slightly resembling a cat and a wolf. She opened her eyes slowly and let out a small squeak. 'Who are you?' Ashiya wondered. She could have not been brought here, as there was no other scent. She shook her head and picked up the small animal by the scruff, careful not to hurt her.

Shortcake. She is fondly called Shortie, partly as an abbreviation and partly because she is so small.

More about her;;

She hates seeing people sad. When seeing a Plumie in the street who looks sad to her, she will usually give them a little gift. Small things like cookies she baked herself, or even just a little note with small doodles and encouraging words. Even though she isn't good with coming up with the correct words, she still tries.
Despite this, she tends to get a little nervous in crowds, and doesn't like people watching her. With a simple compliment, she is likely to blush and try and hide her face. When insulted, she often just laughs at them, but might get a little snappy, and say things she'll regret later.

Favourite things;;

You will rarely see her without her little bag of treats. This is where she keeps her notes, cookies and other bits and bobs for other plumies. Other than those, she is never found without her bottle charm necklace that has a key charm beside it. The bottle is full of orange flavoured sherbert, and she keeps it stocked up at all times. Did I mention she loves oranges? They're her favourite fruit and snack, and she likes a lot of orange flavoured foods, as well as orange coloured ones.
