► What is a fexopen?

▷ We don't know yet what a fexopen really is. It is a creature that inhabits an island that was newly discovered. Scientists made a research on these creatures and found out that they are somwhat related to foxes. It was named 'fexopen' by a mad scientist, because he was drunk at that time. But apparantly we all agreed, so they decided to keep the name.

► Rules

▷ All of Tess's rules apply.
▷ respect the staff, and each other.
▷ For now, you may own 4 Fexopens.
▷ Don't beg or bribe to be part of the staff. Ask nicely instead, and we'll see what happens next
▷ if you have a question, PM me.
▷ No customs..ever...Unless staff.
▷ Staffs may create up to 2 customs, whilst Guest Artists may create 1 only.
▷ Don't steal this species, or claim it as yours.
▷ You Cannot gift Fexopens to other people. If they want it, they have to get them by themselves.
▷ Please ask me if you don't want your Fexopen anymore, I will ask the Artist who made it, put it back on for re-adoption.

▷ Perm Artists can make 2 customs.
▷ Guest Artists can make 2 designs and 1 custom, in 2 weeks.

▷▷ If design is beautiful and stunning, may be asked to have a perm artist spot.
▷ Please do not use clashing colors.

▷▷ A little bit of neon on black/dark color is acceptable.. but not too much.
▷ Only do Uncommons/Rares if I ask you to, or if I give you permission(ask me first)
