Without giving specifics 'cause I'm mobilebound and lazy rn lol oops I'd say around a month or so, give or take! (usually give, haha) It varies depending on the event, though, so this is a grain of salt-worthy estimate.

Are add-ons only able to be used on unmade MYO's? I'd like to use a NR edit to give one of my Kalons heterochromia, but I couldn't find anything detailing how to do such.

You can apply an edit to a pre-made kalon at any time. You do not need an edit item on a MYO unless the edit item is a higher tiered rarity than the MYO! Just remember you need a staff members approval after you apply the edit before its considered successfully applied
