On the front should be rules about customs, however customs don't come cheap. To get one, you must pay either C$ or DA points to the person you want to get a custom from, and in different amounts based on the coat.
You can find the different prices and such here, but don't post on here! If/when you have the funds, pm the artist (that is open) that you want to order from.
