How often are you online?: About one to two hours per day, but every two weeks I'm without access to CS.

How many designs do you plan to make per week?: On the weeks that I'm here, I would aim for at least 2, but up to about 5, depending on my mood.

How long do you think each will be open for?: That really depends on the contest. No longer than a week, and if I plan on being on some more that day, then maybe a couple hours.

Favorite kind of contests: I love variety in contests, but the kind I like least is impress me. My favorites would probably be personality and art contests, although I enjoy most contests equally.

How often are you online?: Genrally I am online about 6 hours a day, being in Australia I have a different time zone to most, so I could cover the moderating tasks when you or some of the other moderators are asleep.
Past Experience?: I have never been a moderator anywhere before and would like to start my first job here. I really adore this species and want to help get it on its feet.

Answer the following questions below as honestly and in as much detail as possible:
1. Someone replies to the main thread with a spam message or constant bumping. (Ex: bump. So cute! I want one!)

How do you deal with the situation? I'd reply on the thread with a message as following

bump!

Messages like this are considered spam, this is against the rules here at Jaggys, could you please refrain from spamming this thread as we do not want it to be locked by the CS staff, thankyou.

If they were to continue, I would PM them and explain the reason we do not want spam on the thread in more depth. If they were continue, I would contact you about adequate punishment.

2. A normal user and a COPPA'd user both reply on a first come first serve adoptable, but the normal user is posted first because the COPPA user has to wait to be accepted. The COPPA user is understandably upset and the normal user has already had their form accepted. The COPPA user goes out of their way to harass the new owner and the owner comes to you for help. What do you do?

I would first make sure that the victim of the harrassment is okay and tell them not to delete any evidence of the harassment, then I would proceed to PM the COPPA'd user and explain to them that it is understandable that they are upset about the fact that they did not win the adopt due to being COPPA, but in no way is it okay to harass this person, I would explain that there will be more adopts and more chances, there is no need to harass this person. After this I would get in contact with you and/or the artist and put forward the idea of an only COPPA fcfs, to make it fair and to rule out the possibility that something like this may happen again.

3. You find out another staff member has been abusing their powers to pick favorites, or doesn't follow the rules themselves. You are the first and only one who has found this information out. What course of action do you take?

I would first gather some real evidence on them abusing there power, like screen shots, pms etc. I dont want to be wrongly accusing them. If it so happens that they are doing these things, I would PM you straight away, informing you of what is going on. I would wait for your reply to see whether you would like to deal with it or not, if you so choose me to handle it, I would PM the staff member about what is going on, if they choose to continue there actions, I would strip them of their position, with your permission of course.
