suggestions or anything for how to run this better, for now i'm just winging it? they'll also come with

the rules are pretty light and simple! credit me as the designer where appropriate, don't harass me
about adopts (? hopefully you wouldn't anyway haha), and don't steal designs you didn't win? that's
all i can think of tbh!

if you want to sell or trade adopts you win that's totally a-ok as long as you aren't just flipping for
profit, but it's not like i actually have any way to enforce that rule besides a general scrunching of my

anyway, i'm tg, nice to meetcha, hopefully you like the things i draw :'] <3

oh yeah! also! i definitely plan to implement breeding sometime, if people are interested in that,
just gotta figure out how to swing it so i don't get overwhelmed! cause i get overwhelmed easy lol

Ocularium based on this drawing by LostHope

Rules:
• Please do not copy/steal the species or any designs.
◘ Do not take off site.
• Please do not ask for customs. If any are made, there will be a separate post for them.
◘ The Ocularium are all seeing. You cannot escape their gaze.

What are the Ocularium?:
These beasts are primal in nature. They come straight from ancient times, and seem to be pulled straight from a nightmare. Their bodies are stocky and heavily built, covered in a thick, rough coat. Their walk on four limbs, with two smaller, flexible limbs behind their front legs. These are arms, complete with perfectly functioning hands. Their front legs have five digits. Four toes and a crude thumb used for increased grip when climbing in rough terrain. The hind legs only have three, large toes. The weirdest part of them, even more-so than their double set of additional limbs, is their tails. They have a long, flexible tail that ends in what appears to be a hand. Though, in this hand, it a massive eyeball. The hand rotates 360º, able to twist and turn to see all round it. And this is actually how they see. No one really knows where they get this eye, as they are not born with it. Though, the species as a whole are born completely blind. Most of the time, their parents will weave bandages to cover their young's eyes, which match the color of their tail-eye.

It never blinks. It sees all.

Hello! We have a nursery where you can order your normal breedings. This section is for your free litter.

You may order 1 free litter using Amarok and Saza. The cubs will be random in their colors and patters, and you are guaranteed at least 1 cub born. For this free litter, you are allowed to keep every cub born, however you must get lucky on how many can be born. (Up to 4 cubs)

LostHope @ Sun Jun 17, 2018 11:18 am

The Ocularium are a rather strange species. They are mammalian, and give live birth to 1-4 cubs. These large, bulky beasts are unique in the fact that they have 8 limbs. They walk upon 4 of these, the front legs having 5 toes in total and including a crude thumb. While not able to use them like a human could, these extra digits help to climb in rough terrain. The hind legs are powerful, but only have 3 larger toes. These help them to run, jump, and climb. They are able to launch themselves up to 5 times their body length. The two smaller limbs grow along their ribs. These are smaller arms, complete with fully functioning hands. These are just like human hands, able to hold and carry. They can use them to even build small tools and crafts. They tend to make crude jewelry out of the bones and teeth of their prey, even feathers.

Their large, muscular bodies are covered in a thick coat that is longest at the throat and chest area. The fur is rough and can have any colors and patters. Their ears seem to be tattered and torn, even upon birth. Most often, they have a small pair of horns on the tops of their heads, however each cub born has a chance to have their own unique pair.

The most bizarre feature that the Ocularium have, and where they get their name from, is the massive eye held by their tails. These eyes are called Ocularia. The tail has a hand at the end, and this hand's sole purpose seems to be holding onto this disembodied eye. No one knows where it comes from, but it's color always matches the Ocularium's own eyes. Perhaps they are paranormal, or otherworldly in nature. One thing is known, however. This large eye sees all. It can see at incredible distances, and the flexible tail that hold it is capable of twisting and turning in every direction. This helps them to hunt, but can be unsettling as the eye lacks any lids and thus cannot blink.

Because they are blind, and are born this way, the mothers of cubs will weave bandages out of any soft materials they can find. Even their own fur. This is the last thing the mothers do for them before they embark on their own. At times, they even paint or dye the bandages to the same color and shape of their fur underneath.

Ocularium are generally solitary creatures. They are very intelligent, though, and can often seek the company of others. They are loyal to one another, and friends will not fight one another. Ever. However, females can be very territorial and can potentially attack intruders without warning. Though they tend to have more bark than bite. Males, on the other hand, are generally friendly and roam freely. Multiple males have been seen roaming together and are generally the more relaxed and playful of the two.

When it comes time to find a mate, Ocularium have a couple options. They either find a mate for life, or a male will seek out any nearby females. If they find a life-mate, the two will remain by each other's side until death. Otherwise, the male will help the female raise their cubs for only a few months. At this point, the cubs somehow receive their Ocularia. The cubs will remain with their mothers until fully grown, in which they will leave to start their own lives.

The Caecus hounds... No one knows where these creatures came from, yet they seem to be sprouting up everywhere. The first thing you may notice about them, aside from the maw filled with teeth, is that these hounds have no eyes. It's not that they are blind, but they have no actual eyes. Despite this, they seem to get around unusually well. Their hearing seems to compensate for their lack of vision, able to pick up on the faintest of sounds. Their sense of smell is also incredible, but seems to be used mainly for scavenging for food. They are able to track heat signatures as well, though no one has seen them hunting. The Caecus hound may look frightening and vicious, but they seem harmless. Their skin is tough and hard to damage, but is rather soft to the touch. Occasionally, they may have a thin layer of fur covering their bodies. They are muscular and bulky, not built for speed it seems.

Diet:
They seem to rarely hunt, yet seem omnivorous. They scavenge for food, tracking down trash and rotting meat that would otherwise go to waste. Domesticated Caecus Hounds will not refuse any food given to them, making them a nice way to dispose of food waste. They can survive on your average dog and/or cat food as well.

Reproduction:
Caecus hounds are unique when it comes to breeding. The species seems to be hermaphroditic. There are no 'males' or 'females'. Rather, any two members of the species can breed. One season, a hound may sire a litter, and yet the next season the same hound may be the mother. They have live young, having 1-6 cubs per litter but averaging at 2-4.

Mutations:
Caecus hounds can come with many mutations. They mostly have horn and tail mutations, but there's no saying what they could pop up with.
Tails:
Whip (Common)
Thick (Common)
Short (Uncommon)
Devil (Uncommon)
Fluffy (rare)

Horns:
Common
Bent (Uncommon)
Spines (Uncommon)
Ram (Rare)
Unicorn (Rare)

Zitrens
by 72027 @ Sat Nov 25, 2017 9:31 am [Reply]

this page is kinda a wip, gotta make it fancy (´∀`;)

Image
main / customs / fanclub / link / link
Image

Zitrens are large dogs with a butt mouth. They are, on average, 3 feet tall. They normally live for up to 10 years domesticated, 6 years wild. A Zitren most commonly has upright ears with bent back ear tips, but different types of ears are very possible. Long fur hangs down from their legs, though if a Zitren has long body fur, this can be unnoticeable. Their fur can be wiry, soft, rough, or any other variant of fur type. Zitrens eat basically anything. They are classified as scavengers more than anything. Their butt mouth accepts even more food into its diet, sometimes even things that aren't even food. Their stomachs are designed to handle anything, unless its items like car keys, a bullet shell, or an abc block. Their butt mouth may commonly eat those items. Sometimes they will hunt small mammals, foxes, or deer.

Their butt mouth has its own mind and possibly even its own personality. The butt mouth is able to taste and feel with its tongue. The mouth may have no nose to tell taste, but the tongue is super sensitive and can tell whether something is sweet, sour, or rotten. That means the butt mouth likes and dislikes different foods. When it swallows food, it goes to the Zitrens stomach. So if it swallows something harmful, it can end up bad. The butt mouth has no pain receptors, but is still a part of the Zitren body. Therefore, the Zitren itself will feel pain if harm is done to their butt mouth. Its tongue can retract into the Zitren body completely by rolling up. If the tongue is cut off or harm is done to it, it will grow back or heal very quickly, much like the human tongue.

If two Zitrens are in love and wants pups, their tongues twirl together and retract. So both Zitrens are just awkwardly standing there with their butts stuck together for a minute or so. Because of this odd way of breeding, either gender can be the carrier of the pups, and any genders can breed together. Pups stay with their parents for a year on average before living on their own. Some choose to live with their parents for much longer or forever.

MASK WALKERS - OPEN [MOD APPS PG. 4]
by Guest @ Sun Jan 27, 2019 12:17 pm [Reply]

Image
discord | artist search | nursery | shop and archive | off-oekaki bases |archive updates

Welcome to Mask Walkers! Mask Walkers are a species of vulpes that have a mask seemingly attached to their bodies. The mask has nothing under it; they have no face, mouth, eyes, or anything like that. They are mystical and magical creatures that do not need to eat, see, or even breathe. They float around silently and dissipate in the sunlight, like phantoms. No two Mask Walkers are alike or identical.
They travel in small packs of up to five, or completely alone. Very few cases have large packs of Mask Walkers, sometimes up to 40, though they do exist.
Mask Walkers are about 14-20 inches tall, 18-35 inches long, and can weigh anywhere between 5 and 30 pounds. They like to prey on small animals such as birds, frogs, and mice, though do not eat them.

-RULES-
Mask Walkers are a calm and chill species, so please follow the small handful of rules to keep order.

a) When creating a Mask Walker, you can add any edits or designs you like, so long as the mask stays one solid color with black "eyes". You may edit the mask or add items to it, but the mask itself must be one color.

b) You must ASK before adding the following edits:
-shape-shifting/color-changing
-excessive gigantism (3 feet high / 4 feet long / 75 pounds or higher, weight edits do not count)
-fur/hair to the mask

c) NO MINI-MODDING, PLEASE!!!

Little Noodles Breeding!

Welcome to Little noodles breeding!

(Original thread ----> https://www.chickensmoothie.com/Forum/viewtopic.php?t=3620116)

How do I do it?

You post a pic of 2 of your noodles (or yours and another player that has agreed) to create 3 eggs, and they will hatch in the time period of a week. Once you get your new hatched noodles, you can keep them or send them to the adoption center. You will be PM'ed when they hatch.

How much does it cost?

To breed to noodles, it costs 2-4 treasures. (depends on the design)

You can choose an artist to make your noodle if desired.

Rules:
-Only 1 Breeding per person per week
-Don't be rude if you didn't like it
-I will add more rules when I think of more.

(CLOSED SPECIES) MUGA-MOS COMING SOON
by Toruumo @ Mon Apr 01, 2019 7:06 pm [Reply]

When you break a crayon.. you can summon a fairy. When the fairy asks you what you'd like in return for your broken crayon... ask for a Muga-mos that can grant your make belief-desires and all your wishes come true.

Muga-mos have lived for thousands of years. the longest recorded living Muga-mos was recorded to be around 4755 years old, when it passed away, fairy specialists tell the human children (since fairies can only be summoned by children) that he passed away on a rollercoaster he had created for the child he served. that's certainly Morbid. They resemble dog like features with a short snout and lanky legs, with two antennae bulbs on their heads. While their ears will always stay short and floppy. Most Muga-mos live out their whole lives serving fairies or looking after human children's imaginations and dreams. however, there has been a gateway as of recent, a ripple in the Muga-mos realm. Last month a human adult female had summoned a Muga-mos in a family-diner after breaking the crayon she used to color in a small coloring book with her child. Over the years the rift of the Muga-mos portal has increased and more and more people who aren't children are raising Muga-mos as companions they're doing what we thought was impossible,
and you can too.

COMING SOON

Keep an eye out! this is only the beginning of an adventure with your soon to be Muga-mos at your side!

A light flickers deep into the serene forest of Apollo. Where the sun breaches through only cracks of the treetops that the leaves could not reach, this forest, and it's inhabitants are remarkable and unique. They heal, they glow and shine where the sun cannot, the only creatures you hear will squeak. only rustles of the leaves and brushing of the grass can be heard, deep, into the serene forest of Apollo.

What are catterpillars?
WIP
There is an urban legend that long long ago, there lived a divine cat god, Gata. Many of the villagers who lived near the cat goddesses' home worshipped her and loved her dearly until one day, a hungry Gata attacked one of the villages beloved pigs. She was driven out of the town and her own home, from there on Gata travelled miles upon miles and stumbled into a forest, covered in vines and moss for what looked like miles, getting darker and darker the deeper you looked past the bushes. Gata had no choice but to hide away in this forest or walk further. Covered in dirt and filth, the starved cat god defeatingly ventured into the forest. There, Gata met a Silkworm deity (Kistea) that fed her and showed hospitality, in return for gata's hand in marriage. Kistea lived in isolation for many years, nurturing the forest and creatures until gata stumbled upon the forest and spit fire into his soul. One day, Kistea grew weaker and weaker, he could no longer weave the strings of life. The forest started to meet it's downfall, the leaves and roots shriveling, The animals, weak and grovelling the forest floors, fighting over scraps due to famine, and bodies of water drying up. Kistea was the center of life within the forest, him growing weaker each day did not do anything but wear down the inhabitants and everything living in it. So Gata gave him a proposal, to become one with him. Kistea knew for them to fuse would mean having to sacrifice something of equal value, a living being or more. Gata was not pleased with the idea but a deity's limb is equivalent to several beings. the cat god would bite her tail off with her teeth leaving a jagged stump that regenerated and left a round tuft of fur where a long tail was supposed to be. Kistea removed two of his six legs and offered them as sacrifice so that the fused being would be able to reproduce and pass on the power of prosperity and life, as gods and deities cannot produce offspring or transfer powers . As legend tells us, they fused as one and passed on that power to many generations, up until the birth of our generation... Gata's generation. (Last generation

Welcome to The valley of Kagonn, an adoptable Roleplay Game.
Here you will discover the world of Kagonn, create your own tribe, and develop your characters!
We hope you enjoy your stay!

For those wondering, these mice are unique in a way that although they have natural coat colours they can have almost any eye colour c:
They also have lil tufted tails for communication!

𝕎elcome, traveller, to The Valley Of Kagonn!
Here you can create your own tribe of loyal mice and discover a whole new hidden world.
To start off I'll introduce myself. I'm Feather, a Member of The Tribe Of The Rushing Pines.
Unique, huh? My tribe lies in the middle of a line of pine trees, we fall asleep every night to the sound of
the wind swooshing through the pine boughs.
I just love it here. The feeling of the wind in my fur, the smiles on my tribe mates faces as we laugh and joke
at meal time.. This is the life.
Sorry! I'm getting a bit carried away. Anyway, It wasn't always this way. There was once a time when no mice lived here.
Come, I'll tell you a story. The story of my ancestors.

"𝕃ong long ago, before my tribe - before any tribe, actually - existed, this valley was a vast and unexplored.
There were no mice here. Only the occasional migrating bird or insect dared enter this foreign place.
Until a band of weary Rodents came into the valley from who knows where, and claimed this paradise for their own.
They reproduced and grew in numbers greatly over the next few years.
These mice were The Tribe Of Paradise Plains, the first tribe of our story.
They began to take up special tribe roles and traditions, which are still used to this day.

All was well until a certain mouse was appointed leader. Now usually there are four leaders, and all must agree on something
before it is done, but this mouse, Jag, wanted to lead the tribe himself. Jag was popular among his tribe mates - he was big, handsome, and very cunning. One day he did something terrible, something that was to be the downfall of his tribe - and the beginning of a new era.
Predators were very scarce in these parts, hence the name Paradise Plains.
Until one winter, in the dead of night, a creature was born.
In the season to come this creature, along with Jag, would destroy everything the tribe knew and loved.

In spring, when new life was abundant in the Paradise Plains clan, the creature struck.

It had grown and outlived all others of it's kind in that terrible winter, and become something many feared.
It preyed on those who least expected it. With one leap of a long, slender body and a snap of two terrible jaws death was quick for the mouse unfortunate enough to stray into the path of the creature. Many mice were killed, and the tribe was struck with terror.
Until..

Jag was but a builder, with no significant importance within his tribe, but when the creature began taking mice and terrorising the border runners, he felt it his duty to do something about it.
He successfully and heroically led it away with a long trail of bait, getting wounded himself in the process, and came back victoriously to his tribe. There was much dancing and celebrating that night, for alas, the beast was gone!
Or so they thought..

Now the tribe of paradise plains had recently lost a leader, who died peacefully from old age, and demanded that Jag be put in the place of the deceased elder.
The leaders at first denied their request, for Jag was but a young builder with no knowledge of leadership.
But the villagers pleaded, and eventually the next day Jag was put among the leaders, in what many believed to be his rightful place."

But what about the Beast, you say?
How does the story end?
Tragically, unfortunately.
So let us continue...

"𝕎hile the mice were yet still celebrating their victory, and proud Jag accepting all praise and spoils, as to be expected, the beast returned.

For as the tribe later learned, Jag had not led it away, but only made a covenant with it!
He had promised all the young mice of the next season as a meal for the creature, if he would only stay away 2 months, long enough for Jag to become leader. At first the creature had tried to eat him, hence the wound on his leg, but Jag had soon made clear his intentions.
He did a very terrible and foolish thing, for soon, when the creature returned, Jag himself had aquired mate and a family!
The creature demanded its reward, but Jag, being stubborn and proud, as well as foolish, declined his request.
The next few days were chaos. The creature raged full fury on the tribe, and many mice were scattered or killed.
Jag himself was last seen leaping into the river of Kagonn, and to this day no mouse knows his fate.

By next spring the mice of Kagonn had re-established themselves into smaller tribes, some moving higher into the mountains, some staying in the forest below, and some moving in among the reeds of the river bank."

~~❀~~

Image
Luras are a hybrid of maned wolves, red pandas, and fennec foxes. They have multiple glowing lures, or escas, protruding from different areas around the body, much like an angler fish. They are friendly nocturnal creatures that use their lures as a light source to hunt for prey at night. They are a friendly species and have been domesticated over the years, and are often kept as a house pet. Many people leave out small bowls of pet food out for Luras to eat overnight, much like they would a stray cat or dog. They have also been noted to occasionally purr, though they do not have any direct link to cats.

~~❀~~

Image
❀ Be kind to everyone!
❀ You may only own up to 10 Luras as of now, though the limit will be raised as more Luras are released
❀ Moderators and artists may own up to 12
❀ You may only win up to 3 Luras per month, so choose wisely (this limit will likely increase, or disappear as Luras grow)
❀ Please do not mini-mod! If you see someone breaking the rules please report it to me or Dog
❀ You may not sell your Luras for any type of currency, whether it be art, cs pets, da points, etc
❀ Please respect the artists, do not pm them about deadline times, losing, etc. If a competition goes unjudged for more than a month, the artist will be messaged or the competition will be judged by someone else
❀ You may trade your Luras for items, and items for Luras
❀ Feel free to message me or Doglady88722 about any questions you have about Luras!

ryugi dragons are a recently discovered species. they are somewhere between reptile and mammal, giving life birth but also being cold-blooded. they have to raise their body temperature from outside sources, be it basking in the sun or laying on something warm, like a warmed up rock. this is also the reason as to why ryugis are only seen in cold areas in very rare cases.
they are omnivorous and can digest most food humans eat as well, aside from very spiced dishes. if you give them a warm place to cuddle up in they are very easy to care for!

please read the information below before you join the fun!

══════════════════════════════

what is this species about?

ryugis are all about exploring and playing with your ryugi so it gains levels and traits (line edits). this means that most ryugis start off with no traits or very few. traits are gained when you find certain items during events, adventures, the claw machine etc. please do note that, while participating in those activites, your chances of getting great items will be higher, but you don't have to take part in any of them at all! if you just want to develop your ryugis outside of the species' activites that is perfectly fine as well!

══════════════════════════════

rules & guidelines (general)

    1) all of Tess' rules apply, naturally!

    2) you may not trade your ryugi(s) for anything other than directly ryugi-related stuff. this means you may only trade ryugis for ryugis, ryugis for ryugi items of any kind, ryugis for ryugi-currency. please read the rules of the trading forum before you decide to trade your ryugis!

    3) claiming another person's ryugi as your own is not okay!

    4) ryugis are a closed species, which means you may not make your own!

    5) tranfers in and out of the species have to be discussed with the owner first!

    6) you do not have to take part in any species activities if you don't want to.

    7) ryugi dragons may be drawn in feral, anthro and human form. they may not be drawn as- or featuring parts of a different species or animal. Exceptions are if the parts are removable, if they wear a removable costume, if they have the chimera gene or if it is part of a prompt.

    8) if you are visiting another ryugi based thread of any kind please make sure you properly read it's rules and guidelines as they may give you important information that is not being mentioned here.

    9) please do not mini-mod on any official ryugi dragons thread! however, you may report a user to a ryugi mod if any of our species rules are being violated. if any of chickensmoothies rules are being violated, please report the user(s) in question to an official chickensmoothie moderator!

    10) you may not edit your ryugi's reference picture. you may color this picture in to make a separate picture where you can add accessoires, though. editing the lines of your ryugi without the proof that you own the appropriate item(s) and without proof of a ryugi mod's permission is strictly prohibited!

    11) you must always have an updated level, gender, breeding slots and edit list on your ryugi's official reference page.

    12) due to the amount of work it would be to keep track of everyone's items you need to keep track of them yourself! this means you should save a link to the post you obtained the item in, for each individual item! if you cannot show us prove that you own an item then you sadly may not use it until you got that prove. you do not have to keep track of your currency or of treasure items, as they will automatically be sold.

    13) items can only be used once!

rules & guidelines (moderators)

    1) moderators have the right to give strikes to a user if they break a rule. however, they do not always have to give strikes for a broken rule, if they feel like the rule was broken on accident.
    2) cases including rudeness or harassment should always be punished with a strike!
    3) if a user has been given a strike they should inform the owner, [url]Hinode[/url] through PM.
    4) if a moderator feels like a user should be banned from this species they can PM the owner about the matter.
    5) moderators may NOT ban a user from this species!
    6) the general rules apply to moderators as well.
    7) moderators may not create ryugis unless they are also hired artists!
    8) as a reward for their services moderators will receive one rare MYO every 1st of a month, after they served the ryugi community for at least 25 days

rules & guidelines (artists)

    1) the general rules apply to artists as well.
    2) artists may create ryugis anywhere in the 1-25 level range. after 10 created ryugis they may create a ryugi in the 26-45 level range.
    3) artists should make sure to follow the edit level guide at the bottom of this post.
    4) if an artist wishes to create a high level ryugi because of a special occasion they may PM the owner and ask for permission.
    5) there is no limit to how many ryugis an artist may make, however, they should make at least one ryugi every 10 days.
    6) on the adoption page of a ryugi, the artist should always post the level and an edit list of the ryugi.
    7) artists may not create nursery batches, unless they are also hired nursery artists.
    8) as a reward for their services, artists will receive one rare MYO every 1st of a month, after they created at least 10 ryugi dragons. in the months of march, june, august and december they will receive a very rare MYO instead of a rare MYO.

rules & guidelines (nursery artists)

    1) nursery artists may not create regular ryugi adopts, unless they are also a hired artist.
    2) while nursery artists may choose tickets by personal preference, I kindly ask them to take a look at tickets with a high post count as well.
    3) each batch should have a cover and the pups should each have a separate reference post below the cover.
    4) nursery artists should be familiar with how the ryugi breeding system works.
    5) all pups have to be level 1, regardless of their inherited edits.
    6) all batches should be finished within 30 days after a ticket has been accepted.
    7) as a reward for their services, nursery artists will receive one rare MYO every 1st of a month, after they created at least 3 batches. in the months of march, august and december they will receive a very rare MYO instead of a rare MYO.

rules & guidelines (game managers)

    1) the general rules apply to them as well.
    2) they may not moderate the species or create regular ryugis.
    3) they receive insight to how the games and activities work and they may not publish this knformation to anyone!
    4) they may make suggestions on how to improve the game systems.
    5) as a reward for their services, game managers will receive one rare MYO every first of a month. in the months of march, august and december they will receive a very rare MYO instead of a rare MYO.

rules & guidelines (archivists)

    1) archivists may not create any ryugis or moderate the species.
    2) the general rules apply to them as well.
    3) the archive for each cathegory should not fall behind by over 50 ryugis.
    4) as a reward for their services, archivists will receive one rare MYO every first of a month. in the months of march, august and december they will receive a very rare MYO instead of a rare MYO.

══════════════════════════════

how to get started & basic knowledge

    1) first you need to get a ryugi! for that you can...
    • take a look at the adopts and enter the competition for a chance to win the ryugi
    • try your luck with the claw machine which you can play for free once a day
    • get gifted a ryugi (do not beg for anyone to gift you a ryugi!)
    • obtain and use an MYO slot to create your own ryugi (for more information on how to obtain MYO slots click [url]here[/url])

    2) now, you got your first ryugi... but what should you do with it? there are plenty of things you can do!
    • develop its character in roleplays, through art and more
    • go on an adventure with your ryugi
    • breed your ryugi
    • take part in the monthly contest
    • take part in events
you name it, there are plenty more things you can do!

    3) what does the level of my ryugi do? well, a ryugi's level determines a bunch of different things:
    • what edits it can have
    • if it is ready to breed
    • how successful it will be on adventures
    • how many adventures it can go on
these things will all be discussed in their respective threads, so don't be shy and take a peak!

    4) how do I use my items? first off, there are several different kinds of items that you can obtain:
    • edit items
    • treasure items
    • miscellaneous items
    • MYOs and custom slots

the edit items are the items you can use to apply a line edit to your ryugi. each edit item can only give your ryugi a certain edit, for example, the scissors will give your ryugi shorter fur, while the ancient coin will give your ryugi a pupil edit. you will be able to apply these edits to your ryugi yourself, after you receive permission from a moderator. to read more about how to apply edits on your ryugi please visit [url]this thread[/url]. you should always keep track of your edit items and save a link to the post you received them on! edit items can only be used once!

treasure items are items you can find in the species activities. they will be sold automatically and you will receive the currency they got sold for. you do not need to keep track of your treasure items!

miscellaneous items have different purposes. for example, the breeding certificate will give one of your ryugis an additional breeding slot and the cloning machine will give you all edit items that one of your ryugis has (they don't get removed from your ryugi).
miscellaneous items need be kept track if and can only be used once!

MYO and custom slots will give you a ryugi dragon that you can either create yourself (MYO) or let it be created by ryugi staff (Custom)! MYOs may also be created by another user (does not have to be ryugi staff) for you. for customs you may provide the staff member with a theme and color palette! MYO and custom slots have to be kept track of by yourself and may only be used once!

    5) how do I participate in the activities? that's quite easy! just go to the top of this post and take a look at the links underneath the interactive headline. there you can go to the activity threads, which will explain further what to do! but don't worry about it being very complicated, usually you just have to fill out a form c:

got more questions or concerns? feel free to PM me or a ryugi mod for help! c:

Cadelion adoptions

[insert cute image of Cade as a welcome]

Species info wrote:Cadelion; "kay-dee-lion"
are a somewhat uncommon subspecies of wolf originating in the north of Russia and Siberia.
They are not at all related to lions, hence the name, however their jaws are similar in strength to a lions. They are known to migrate in large packs across the tundra for food, and although they can walk on all fours, they find it easier to walk upright like people. They are mildly agressive, and can adapt to many different environments. People have, over time, found ways to train them. However, Cade can never fully be tamed. Popular physical attributes of the Cade are their long and sturdy hind legs, and thick, smooth pelts. Cade are 6 ft at shoulder height (while upright) and 400-600 lbs in weight. They use this to an advantage, to square off enemies and overpower prey. Cade have lethal serated canines, which are about 4 inches in length. A single bite can be extremely fatal. Their main diet consists of Antelope, vermin, berries, nuts and birds. In domestication, a strong bond between a cade and a person is a bond for life.

You've been flying for moons on end with your flock through the storms and heat, you spot the Island of Ga'hoole but it's rather small so you doubt it's what you're looking for, only when you reach the gate do you acknowledge the sheer size of The Great Tree. The journey has only just begun...

Welcome to the island of Ga'hoole where there lies an ancient tree homing hundreds upon thousands of owls many of whom guard and care for this sacred place with their lives.
Here you can develop and grow a new flock of your own but don't get settled just yet, you must prepare them to defend our home and go on hazardous missions to other regions and or take on important tasks to become the guardians of Ga'hoole

Experience is the key to leveling up, aside from missions you can earn exp. with every writing or art piece you do. As gaining experience helps you reach the required amount to pass a level, this is vital to your owls strength as each edit to their gear helps them earn this as well, read farther down this post in 'armour & weaponry' for more information.

ImageSome come as much younger owls, also known as apprentices, they're absolutely not allowed to go on missions as it'd be a death sentence being so small fighting off full grown enemies, however they can take on small tasks that mention they're allowed to participate so you don't have to entirely rely on scripts and sketches to get your apprentice to guardianship. This is not required but the quickest way is to get them a mentor, this must be an adult owl at least having a status of level 5 in order to train them, basically it works like flocks except this can be from another persons owl, with every mission the mentor goes the apprentice 'learns' the skills they need by observing them in combat so they earn the same exp. with this method some apprentices can reach instant guardian ship depending on their mentor and the mission.
If an apprentice reaches guardianship before they're due to grow into adulthood then they'll become guardians once they're grown they are still not allowed to be guardians and go on missions until they're large enough to fight full battles and cannot equip their helmet until then as well.

Colliering is the art and skill of diving into forest fires in order to harvest coals and embers for blacksmiths. Owls have been known to be "fire-blinked," and many have a dreaded fear of crowning, which is when fire leaps from treetop to treetop and may suck up an owl without skillful maneuvering. Many fear being tapped this chaw but the owl's at Ga'hoole tapped with this are upon the most respected colliers, Ezylyrb and Elvan are the heads of this profession as this is a dangerous and serious chaw.

      w e a t h e r | c h a w
The purpose of the weather chaw is to fly into bad weather, such as hurricanes and tropical storms, in order to gather weather information for the Great Ga'Hoole Tree,. It sounds simple but it is among the most dangerous of the chaws, because the violent winds can tear off an owl's wings and feathers, or cast them into the sea. Despite their abilities in bad weather, the weather chaw never flies into a tornado because of the extreme danger.

      b a t t l e | c h a w
The battle chaw, also known as 'search and rescue' specializes in search, rescue and combat. Battle claws are used. Owls with this chaw are known to grow very strong but they aren't known to maintain their health well only their ability to sustain it for long periods of time during battle is given recognition. Surprisingly it's a fairly common chaw as owl's with this chaw are more likely to be able to go on missions, even those that don't require combat just to assist other owls from getting to other regions in the map, protecting them from rebels and pirates.

      t r a c k i n g | c h a w
Trackers can identify the tracks of birds and small land animals, and put together clues that will tell them of an event that has happened in the past. Owls will also work in the tracking chaw for tactical tracking skills.

      n a v i g a t i o n | c h a w
Owls in navigation often trace constellations in the sky. Students in the navigation chaw have to remember constellations and relate it to different land locations at different times of the year. An owl is chosen for this chaw if they find ten nooties (fictional acorns) in the shape of a constellation in their bedding. Some that have grown incredibly advanced in this chaw have voyaged off alone to the Glauxian Brother's Retreat to later become monks.

      h e a l i n g | c h a w
The healing chaw is a vital and respected chaw, while there's rarely any clashing of talons required they help those that do. Owl's in this chaw are primarily responsible for ensuring that any wounded owls make a full recovery, this can be done by making their own remedies and discovering herbs, sometimes they are permitted to go on missions with other guilds to explore different species of fern and plant life that may have a healing element to them. A few owls that have mastered this chaw are rumored to have pure powers.

      G a ' h o o l o l o g y | c h a w
It specializes in caring for the great tree. The activities they perform include pellet burying, vine trimming, and pruning. When the band first arrived at the tree, the chaw was instructed and run by the Burrowing Owl Dewlap. It was viewed by most owls as the most boring subject and chaw. However, when Otulissa took over students tended to like the subject more, and become more interested. For those who are tapped for the Ga'Hoolology chaw, Otulissa offers a class about the natural history of the great tree.

Check here for missions and occasionally tasks daily or weekly depending on the current event. Be sure to read the requirements carefully before applying for a mission. You get a reward for each mission and a prize for each task, these can range from exp., shinies, and much more! However sometimes there is a limit to how many can apply for the mission or task. To submit an application whenever theres an open mission or task fill out the form below and post it here, Parliament will look over it and later post who's been accepted or declined, and later post the results of the mission and who won which reward(s).

ImageCrows are pesky hooligans that occasionally attack and rob traveling owls,
luckily they only are bothersome at the great tree, the desert and sometimes near the forest kingdom of tyto,
otherwise they're practically harmless. This is a level 2+ adversary

Image Bats, depending on where they're found can be ferocious and can occasionally gang up on a targeted owl, known to be the 'wolves' of the skies, these critters are known to have made negotiations with the pure ones, lending their armies in exchange for forging grounds and caves as they're found mostly at Kuneer and The Beaks. However they're surprisingly easy to defeat, the courageous Twilight himself knocked a hundred of them from the skies with nothing but his gizzard and his loot. This is a level 3+ adversary
Image Pure Ones aren't exactly as pure as they sound, led by Metal Beak, a traitor of the owl kingdom given his name after having been scarred from Lyze of Kiel, owls painted white and red with a built belief that 'Tytos are the purest breed of owl' and they should rule all the kingdoms, therefore with doctrines and moonblinking, he's grown a ruthless army of owls blinded by superiority and ego with a goal to take over everyones world, even the Islands of Hoole purely out of revenge. These owls are fairly difficult to take down and are found everywhere except the Island. This is a level 5+ adversary
Image Hagsfiends are by far one of the most dangerous creatures to take to the skies, better yet they're our guardians biggest enemy, with hazardous 'flecks' incrusted in their chest and forehead, they're the only feathered kind aside from bats that can withstand the force and harm of these. Guardians who have attempted to defeat them have sometimes fled trying as there's hardly any open area to strike as the flecks shield these vultures from attacks. This is a level 10+ adversary

◼︎ Please be respectful to everyone ! Both staff and community♥︎
◼︎ Do not change the original design, if you would like a revamp ask the artist for permission.
◼︎ It's recommended to have a flock, (a.k.a a page/forum for your owls like this) this is not required if you only wish to have one owl. This way the librarians can better organize your owls.
◼︎ Please check the Library to be sure not to have the same name as another owl, this is not against the rules but it's encouraged ! (e.g; owl 1; Isabella / owl 2; Isabellah)
◼︎ If the dashboard at the very top (where it should say 'home/library/artist search' and such) is not visible or your device cannot display it, therefore perhaps making it difficult for you to guess where things are, click "n/a" at the end to view where each button leads to !
◼︎ Most owls have natural designs here, however unnatural colors/patterns etc can be normally used.
◼︎ Any art and/or writing used must follow CS rules.
◼︎ If you're just getting started and would like to have your own flock, you may have one free custom (see beyond the book of law for details) All other customs can be ordered at the Marketplace
◼︎ You are not obligated to participate in gaining exp/missions and so on and your owl can still be completely able to thrive in the community, if you would rather do this with your owl than become a guardian you can add accessories per usual but still cannot equip or edit your owls talons or helmet until you gain the required amount of exp.
◼︎ You may only ADD to the given base for the talons and/or helmet and cannot edit the actual shape of it, however you may equip items that might 'distort' its shape, for example add spikes on the side of the more round and smooth base helmet, which at the end still makes it completely customizable, if you'd like to remove a previous edit you have made to it or want to change it, submit a request to the blacksmith at the Marketplace
◼︎ In every comp you must keep track of the word count and any art pieces, once you've calculated how much exp. you would earn (once your form is finished) add it to the given list and if you win the contest holder will give you edits according to how much exp you gained.
◼︎ If you receive an honorable mention, you can still use any exp. you've gained with the art or writing that earned you that HM for another owl of yours your choice ! If you get an HM and do not have an owl, you can still save it to apply it to a future owl but be sure to let the librarians know so they can stay organized.
◼︎ Have fun!

        >>Keep it at one base color, one pattern and one eye color to stay out of complexities.
        >>Be very specific please especially with colors instead of "lightly/darkly colored" say for example "light grey colored"
        >> Do not request natural color variations this is considered a complexity (e.g: albinism/melanistic)

Hey! I'm Valerie. I take it you've met Sam? She's my intern. We're kind of understaffed, but she
was the only person I could find who wanted to work here without a paycheck.

That's kind of beside the point, though. This is the... xurse nursery? Xursery? Yeah, we'll go with that. Uh,
this whole concept is very new. We didn't even know xurse could reproduce until one of these was born.
Image
Image

Right now, we're looking to get as many specimens as possible, so we've been setting this up as a
breeding program of sorts. Recently the xurse have been coming here in pairs when they want to have
children- probably because of our incubators, but we can't know for sure.
Image

Oh- uh- hey, Valerie! Sorry I'm late.
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

...It's fine, Sam.
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Image

Image

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Image

Oh, sure! We haven't gotten as much information from our research as we'd hoped, yet, but we do
have some.
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Xurse offspring appear to hatch from a somewhat flat, almost guitar-pick-shaped egg. To the extent
of our research, xurse have no reproductive organs; how these eggs develop prior to being laid is
currently unknown. Once they've begun to incubate, their development becomes even more vague.
The egg shell is too thick to shine a light through in order to view any embryo which may be inside,
but their recorded gestation periods are closer to that of most lizard species than to birds.

They develop somewhat quickly after they hatch, but newborns appear to look more like ukuleles than
guitars. As they grow, their skin becomes thicker and tougher, and they gain two more "strings", as
well as a protective keratin plate that resembles a guitar's pick guard.
Image

Image

Image

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Image

• Xurse can breed a maximum of three times, and are not required to have the same partner
each time.
• A user must wait 1 month in between breeding any of their xurse.
• Xurse breedings can only occur between two non-related adult xurse.
• Any qualifying pair of xurse can breed; their genders don't matter at all to this.
• Ownership of the individual offspring may be given to one or both owners involved in the breeding,
or gifted to a different user. This decision must be posted on the offspring's page.
• Xurse can be aged into adults 2 months after they're born.
• Xurse can be grown by anyone, staff or not, and can be posted with a cover, but must be approved
by staff before the cover is removed.

Artist Guidelines:

• Per breeding, xurse have a 75% chance of having twins, and only a 25% chance of having a
single child. Please calculate this using a random number generator!
• Children should approximately have a cohesive blend of their parents' designs.
• The pick guard reference is important, as it lets growth artists know what color to make the adult's
pick guard. Please color it in!

Gryphitts
by SpineSneeze @ Fri Apr 21, 2017 4:09 pm [Reply]

Welcome to Gryphitt Adoptions!

Physical Traits
Gryphitts are a mid-sized to large species of predator. All bear six limbs- two wings and four paws. Adaptable and populous throughout the world, these creatures can be found in a great variety of morphological forms, though little sexual dimorphism has ever been recorded.

Social
Recently the gryphitts have been discovered as being highly intelligent, communicating emotions and ideas between each other with intricate and varied language. Social bands tend to exclude members of other morphs, though it isn't unheard of to find a mixed clan wandering the landscape. More often than not bonded pairs remain together exclusively for life, but a few exceptions have been observed.

Bands

Felsic
Petrichor
Perovskia
Rancor
Spectrum

This list will build as our staff list does.
(Apply to be an artist today!)

SpineSneeze @ Fri Apr 21, 2017 4:09 pm

How does this thread work?
Our main image acts as a directory to the different clans of this world. To find a gryphitt available for adoption, you may browse the various threads above, or you may head to the archives for a current list.

The Aerin
Well adapted to high altitudes and cold areas, the Aerin are a vocal bunch despite not being very social. On occasion, one will weave bright dyes or trinkets into its fur to convey messages from far away. Typical social group consists of up to six members.
The Ignitok
With fickle tendencies and extensive migration patterns, these creatures prefer to live in less crowded volcanic areas or desert expanses. A strict hierarchy reigns down on most social groups, which vary greatly in size. These are the smallest of the gryphitts.
The Maritok
Long, spindly legs make the Maritok right at home in the water. They tend to stay in one place and reside both near fresh and salt water, content to enjoy big meals of fish and lounging with friends.
The Territ
Opportunistic and favoring cooler temperatures, the Territ construct intricate burrows wherever they find a place. They tend to stick in tighter-knit communities and can often be seen participating in dust baths mid-day.
The Null
Constructed of many wandering morphs, the Null form wayward bands all across the world. The individuals here have usually been exiled from their former homes for one reason or another. The most common ailment in question is flightlessness.

Rules
-Any one person may own up to 20 gryphitts
-Gryphitts are an open species. You may create your own, but any designs not officiated by our staff may not be recognized and cannot be archived or bred with
-You may exchange adopts or give them away to the 'wilds' at any time
-No media relating to this species may be used to gain nationally recognized currency (wherever you may be)

Artist Guidelines
-There are no color/genetic restrictions, so have fun!
-Gryphitt numbers all tally separately in their respective clans.
-There are no 'quotas' or restrictions on the variety of clans you post in.
-When a gryphitt is adopted out, please inform the new owner to make a post in the archives.
-Line edits are perfectly permissible, but try to keep body edits on the lesser side to lend to their rarity. Thank you!
-All gryphitts who are edited to bear missing limbs or other pieces should be posted in the null clan, unless specially approved otherwise.
That's it! I will be happy to answer any other questions as they come up. If you find something restrictive or unfair, please don't be shy to approach the owner
about it.

[WIAN] (open to marks) wip!
by hiraeth + hound @ Tue Feb 12, 2019 12:29 pm [Reply]

        what's in a name?
        ----------------------

        - what is this?

essentially, i wanted to create some very casual adopts that i can make to try out some new shapes, animals, and ideas that i normally dont get to do. every WIAN will be based off of some proper noun, or mainly, cs users! now, this may sound a little confusing, but dont worry. its pretty simple! basically, you can give me permission/suggest your username to me, and ill create an adopt based off what your username inspires me to create. i have quite an interesting imagination, and most of the time it paints pretty wacky pictures in my mind of animals that could be some how created from it.

every adopt will come in pairs, (ex. number 3 and 4 will be on the same canvas), with one being for sale for da points, and the other being for sale for the currency, nametags. you may obtain tags by trading in either DA points or CS pets/c$, so that these can be accessible to everyone!

along with your own username (you cannot suggest the username of someone else! only give permission for your own.) you can also suggest proper nouns ("a name used for an individual person, place, or organization, spelled with initial capital letters, e.g., Larry, Mexico, and Boston Red Sox.") !

if based off a username, that user will get the first pick at purchasing the adopt. you have 24 hours after opening your pm to claim it or not, and if you do not answer or decide that you wouldnt like to keep the adopt, it will continue on like a normal adopt and be for sale for anyone to claim. (ill post on the page to send a notice whether the adopt has been kept or put ufa.) if you suggest your username to me, you automatically agree to these terms and recognize that you've read this!
(usernames that are obviously based off something popular, like cartoons, anime, food, etc. might not be what you think it will be! ill likely take it literally, and throw in other elements i think may fit.)

every 20 adopts, there will also be one pair of free contest adopts. (special numbers such as 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100!)

        (for myself:
        nametag conversion? maybe? 1 tag = 50 DA Points or 10 C$)

        ill code this,,,,,,s ometime

hiraeth + hound @ Tue Feb 12, 2019 6:20 pm

a section to write more abt nametags when i get those figured out and drawn lol

        ur free to mark!

Dust Bunny adopts based on this drawing by Yağmur
by Yağmur @ Thu May 14, 2015 6:42 pm [Reply]

What are Dust Bunnies? wrote:Dust Bunnies are small, four-legged creatures, with unknown origins. They like to hide under your bed and in dark corners of your room (hence they're name), only coming out at night to steal candy from children. Despite their appearance, they're absolutely harmless.

Some facts about them:
    - They are tiny, no taller then 30 cm when on all fours.
    - Big bat-like ears
    - Three toes on each foot (front and back)
    - They're faces are made off all kinds of horrors but the 3 most common are, one big mouth, one big eye, and so many eyes. So many.
    - Hand at the tip of the tail. Three fingers and one thumb.
    - That hand can pick things up
    - Their bodies are covered in very short fur and they sport a fluffy mane.
    - Genderless, the go by they/them pronouns (but it's fine to assign other pronouns to your bunny)
    - They cannot reproduce (they do not have reproductive organs)
    - They cannot speak, but they can learn to understand human speech.

Oddly Shaded wrote:Let me tell you a story. Imagine a young Oddly (or 'shadepup' which was my username at the time), sitting at the table with her laptop. Yeah, young me, attempting to draw whatever would look decent. Seeing as it was around Christmas, my mother had her set of Ceramic Deer out on the table near me. I decided to try draw one of these cute little deer. To my surprise it turned out pretty good actually! So I grabbed another of a different pose and drew it too. I drew 4 of these cute little deer and decided to share them around, turning them into an adopt. They were fairly successful for how bad my art was at first, until I grew apart from them. This was 2010, 6 years ago now. And I feel it is about time I released another set of adopts, or atleast revamp an old species. & These deer would be perfect for the job, and here we are! So enjoy their cuteness.

Get a custom of whatever species/design/difficulty into these cute lines! Or A breeding!
Breeding Information!
Breedings cost the same as customs. Dependant on how many items you are interested in your fawn having. So choose wisely to ensure a perfect outcome. HOWEVER - you can buy items after they are born to customize your deer even further. This information is under "Custom Accessories" below. Breeding is the artists interpretation of how a fawn would look from both parents (sometimes leaning more towards one parent or the other). This is entirely up to the artist. You do not have to own a deer in order to breed. As if you get permission from both owners you can third party breed! Breeding can also be between any 2 teddy deer that you desire - because teddy deer done "Breed" they are created, genders mean very little in the way of male/female breeding. So you can pair up your absolute favourites not worrying about if one is male and one is female! There is a new potion available for aging fawns! It costs 1 Uncommon WL pet to the artist for a bottle of instant aging potion!

Customs Information!
Customs are limited to one custom per opening. Customs can be completely designed by the artist or a character of your choice. If you have a character that you would like to be done as a TD - ensure you are VERY descriptive as to what you would like. Be specific as to different line edits, extra bits and bots. The artist will ONLY do what is requested and not everything pictured except design (Meaning any items of your character must be written down for the artist to add them. Including body edits, eg. Long tail, wings, fluffly feet - etc etc). For a custom to be perfect a colour list is also prefered (but not required) to ensure the colour is perfect. Customs are opened whenever the artist has time for them (or has time within the next week to complete them). This means the customs are not guaranteed to be completed immediately (I have a life guys!).

Custom Accessories!
Brand new! Custom accessories allows you to add cool items to your teddy deer (particularly adopts & breedings). Accessories does NOT include line edits but can include hair styles restricted to the head only. Hair, and difficult items will be classes as 2 items - so be warned! Customs accessories costs are below. More information will be added as necessary.

Dracoons V1.2 based on this drawing by Medd
by Medd @ Mon Mar 21, 2016 6:26 am [Reply]

    Posting is open!

Extinct until recently. A rare species found in the tundra biomes on the some of the harshest landscapes on Earth. Believed to have lived on berries and the dew from tree branches. Their inflexibility to adapt caused their long-term extinction, as global climate changed forced more brutal winters and thicker frosts. Now they're making a gradual comeback. Scientists have suggested years of hibernation saved them and now that the winters are warmer, the species are emerging once more.

Medd @ Mon Mar 21, 2016 6:34 am

    Species information
Dracoons are sociable creatures, although extensive research has shown that most older males prefer to travel alone and the younger adolescents are more vocal and sociable, preffering a group of around three to five individuals rather than being solitary. A pair of Dracoons is known as a 'Duocoon', a group of Dracoons with three to ten members is known as a 'Coop'. The Dracoons have never had a recorded group of over ten members. That appears to be the limit of a group. 'Coops' have been seen migrating across the tundra biomes that they inhabit to find better food sources and a warmer climate. When migrating, the 'coop' huddle, curled up in a ring to share their body heat. Alone, a singular Dracoon will not attempt to migrate, as they wouldn't survive the tundra conditions. All Dracoons tails bristle according to their emotions. If a Dracoon is cautious, aggresive or upset, their tail will bristle. If a male bristles his tail towards another male, it can be seen as a challenge for territory.

    Rarities
        [size=85][color=#808080]find your own Dracoon!
        Image

Rarities! These traits can't be chosen, with minor exceptions. (such as being purchased through events)

Eye variations - any eye variations are considered rare
        Full heterochromania - rare
It is a DNA mishap with an equal dominance of both pigments of eye color. This unusual genetic mutation creates a pair of eyes with two varying pigments, or sometimes completely different colors. When heterochromania is inherited, it normally features eye colors found in either of its parents, perhaps even grandparents!

        Partial heterochromania - rare
Partial heterochromania is slightly more common than the full heterochromania. It is yet another genetic mutation, although this time the eye color is half full, normally being split by a different color. Usually, one eye shares two pigments and the other remains solid, although in some cases this may not happen. Partial heterochromania isn't two different solid eye colors.

        Spotted heterochromania- uncommon
Spotted heterochromania is the most common form of heterochromania, although it is far more subtle and in very rare cases, not represented at all. Spotted heterochromania is as it sounds. Tiny flecks of another pigment or color is present in either, in rarer cases both, eyes.

        Blindness - very rare
Blindness doesn't necessarily have to be inherited through parents or grandparents. In very rare cases a young Dracoon will be born blind. Inheritance of blindness is extremely rare. Partial blindness also comes under the title, but is equally as rare.

        Shaped pupils - uncommon
Slightly more common than most eye variations. Shaped pupils come in many variations, more common ones being: star and heart. In a breeding case where both parents have shaped pupils, the offspring will display either shown by the parent.

        Generation inheritance-

        Eye mutation series:

        Heterochromania mutations inheritance:
Chance of inheriting full heterochromania - 20%/100% [1/5]
Chance of inheriting half heterochromania - 40%/100% [2/5]
Chance of inheriting spotted heterochromania - 60%/100% [3/5]

        Chance of inheriting blindness - 10%/100% [1/10]
Chance of inheriting shaped pupils - 60%/100% [3/5]

Statistics for how many per Dracoon - measured per every 100 Dracoon made
        Eye mutations -
        Full heterochromania - ?/%
        Half heterochroma - ?/%
        Spotted heterochromania - ?/%
        Blindness - ?/%
        Shaped pupils - ?/%

Tail variations - all tail variations have the "coon-like brush" present
        No tail - very rare
        Half tail - rare
        Leopard tail - uncommon
        lion tail - uncommon

Fur variations - may be more subtle or obvious on certain adopts
        Longer fur - uncommon
        Curly fur - rare
        Smooth fur - uncommon

Ear variations - in rare cases, some never before seen ears may appear
        Fennec ears - rare
        Short ears - uncommon
        Angel ears - rare

        Other mutations -
        Hind leg tufts - uncommon

Painted Pomeranians

About
Painted Pomeranians are a variation of Pomeranians, that, unlike other poms, can come in many colors and patterns. Besides looks, they aren't much different then most poms. They prefer to bond with only 1-2 people, and don't care for children, but get along with other animals. Another difference between painted poms and others is that, when they bond with their human, they become very affectionate and make great lap dogs. Painted poms are the perfect pets to bring into your home.
