One look at the way Roman carries himself, head held high and shoulders squared, might give the implication that he’d be most proud of his strength, the confident authority he seems to exude so naturally. It’s quite easy for most people to become intimidated by those intense red eyes, boring burning holes through anybody who crosses his line of sight as he seems to glower and brood by himself… But his entire demeanor seems to shift the second his wife, Teo shows up.

His beacon. His lighthouse.. His shining star. His darling, beautiful, ethereal wife - Teo is who he’s most prideful of. Roman can’t help but to light up in her immediate presence, and he follows her like a loyal hound in awe of her. She thinks it’s cute that he’s still this doe-eyed and enamored by her, even as they enter their eighth year of marriage; Roman is head over heels for his wife, constantly boasting her intelligence, her resolve and composure. It’s not uncommon for the burly male to show off a little trinket she’d crafted him earlier that morning, bragging with a smug look of adoration of how his beloved wife made this especially for him.

He remembers every little detail about Teo, from her exact coffee order at the little cafe they frequent to what career paths she’d considered throughout her youth and the fiery passions that drove them. Roman is fully enamored by his wife - he calls her his lucky charm, and she calls him her little ducky. He melts every time she looks at him with those lovely green eyes.

It’s more than just pride he feels for Teo; it’s a reverent love that would make even the gods themselves envious.

Most Prideful Of: His singing voice! He's actualy recieved some basic operatic vocal coaching and is quite good! Late one afternoon, while going over his gear post-match, someone walking past in the hall popped their head in to see who'd been singing. Tio had always been in the habit of humming to himself as he worked. And sometimes, when he was in a really good mood, he'd full-on SING. But he never took it seriously. Until this stranger, who was apparently affiliated with the local opera and was down at the coliseum to do research for an upcoming production, asked him who he'd trained with and looked shocked when Tio said "nobody". From them Tio gained a referral to his present coach, and has been loving every minute of it. He doesn't know if he'll try to change careers though. For now it's just a hobby. ((143))

He's good with children, using his color-changing powers to amuse them for hours on end.
