It happened not as many would expect. Not on a dark, starless night, but instead on a sunny day deep in the pine forest. Glow was settled under a tree, resting their wings after a long flight and reading a book. They felt a tap on their shoulder and jumped. She turned to see a strange, tall creature. It was a long-legged bipedal thing, two long... forelegs? hanging down along each of its sides, paws almost like a mix of twigs and worms. It had sparse fur, mainly on its upper head and around its muzzle, and differently colored loose-hanging... fur... on its body.
Glow tilted her head in surprise. They were unsure of what was happening, but asked, "Can I help you?"
The strange creature stretched out one long paw and pointed towards Glow's book. It opened its mouth, blunt teeth inside its muzzle, and spoke a strange, garbled string of what were... probably words.
Glow blinked and shook their head. "Sorry, I'm not sure what you're saying," she said, unsettled. The biped looked at them for a long moment, strangely-shaped eyes searching Glow's face as if trying to find an answer. Then it reached into its body-fur and pulled out a piece of shining metal. It set it gently in front of Glow. And then it turned and walked away, leaving behind a stunned and confused Glow. Ever since, she has kept the strange piece of metal with her as a token of this unexpected visit.

Encounter story:
Andy had a wonderful encounter. Since the alien he met was a humanoid one, though they DID have animal ears and a tail. The alien in question had some very canine like ears. However, their tail was hard to tell if it was a chinchilla tail or a dog tail. Therefore, they could either be a dog eared and tailed one, or a cat. The ears could have been cat like honestly. Anyhow, they had a fox like friend with them as well. Therefore, it was technically two aliens Andy had encountered. The fox like creature immediately wanted to be friends. The humanoid alien was a bit more reserved. However, watching the two together, they soon introduced themselves. That’s how Andy made friends with Yukiro (humanoid) and Lyric (fox like creature.)
