Special Raffles are for Equuiossa that have selected traits and are more rare.
Regular raffles will stay in adoption center or Community Custom if built by the community.
Most Equuiossa placed here are most likely going to have Uncommon or Rare Color Genes & Markings or Traits or even Mutations!
Some may just be uncommon but with a complex design or even skilled personality traits of T3+.
