Looks like the commotion from the festival has attracted some stray puppies! Why not dive into the leaves and try to catch one?

These are custom lined mix breed puppies! You can enter for as many as you want, but you can only win one!

Luna got the skills from both breeds, hunting from the Pointer and herding from the Collie. Its easy for her to find "prey", but thy little girl has literally no clue what to do with it then. So she "herds" it. Makes it stay in place more precisely. Her favourite game outside is finding hedgehogs or other small creatures, nudging them gently with her nose and laying down next to them. Its quite a useful game during fall, as her favourites are hedgehogs, and she tends to find them a lot around the house. Whenever I see her in a perfect "down" pose watching something, or jumping up and nudging something just to lay down again, I check what she found. If its a hoglet, I can take it in to weigh it, and either return it outside (removing Luna from that place), or if it is to small to survive the winter, keep it inside to properly care for it. With getting Luna we also got a winter care for hoglets in need in our kennel.
As she is way to slow to get any healthy animal, it also made me bring a few wounded birds and a rabbit to the vet already... And Im sure none of it was her fault, as she even drops her toys when they squeak. Luna couldnt hurt a fly, but she wants them to stay put. Also if something is to fast, or flying away, Luna quickly looses interest. She prefers to use her wit over her legs. But she is always so happy when she found something I have to care for then.
(based this on what my sheltie pup does when he finds a hedgehog in our garden)
