added large decorative feathers on his neck, and made his wings feathered instead of leathery
perhaps his fluff/fur is just plums of feathering on his body? also added big feathers on his head
to look like a fringe of hair :3 !!

i may have gone a bit overboard with the circle spots

i tripled his ears! he went from one set to three

added lineart copies in other colors and pixels flaking off of him to make him look like he's glitching out
