maybe but tbh im not very good at explaining that kind of thing 😂 idk how to format it in a way that makes sense!
i can try to explain though!

first i do the lineart, and i use a little bit of scattering to give it a more naturalistic look kinda. just a little!
rhen i do the colors one color at a time, with the watercolor brush. i change the opacity, color, & size sliders often depending on what look i want, and just generally think of wet on wet/wet on dry techniques w/ real watercolors and how different washes look. i try to use at least 1 or 2 different shades per color, to give it a nicer look, and leave/blend in lots of white as well wherever highlights would be. in the first piece i used a subtle oekaki texture (the cloudy texture, with the brightness/contrast edited to make it rlly subtle), but in this one i didn't bother bc it was kinda a pain lol

then i erase everywhere that color shouldn't be, and start a new layer with the next color!

in the end, i make sure the lineart isn't solid black-- more of a grey or brownish usually looks better imo. add a couple overlay/darken/burn layers to tweak the colors as desired. then i add a layer on top with the static effect (monochrome), and set it to overlay, and then i do it again but use the transform tool to make it bigger/blurrier

merge all layers, ctrl+a, ctrl+c, and then ctrl-z back to the layers being unmerged. ctrl-v and you'll have a copy of your whole oiece with your layers still intact! blur this copy and then set it to burn or overlay, or do both tbh. whatever youre feelin. then add one more copy of a transformed monochrome static n youre done!
