xxxxxx Eyes nodded slowly, a startled look on his face "yeah that was... weird" He muttered, Eyes seemed to have calmed down a little now that the screaming had been replaced by friendly chatter, and new faces. Eyes jumped to his feet and yelped "Honeydew might be here!" he seemed to just come to the realization that these chicoon had previously been missing- just like his dear friend. Eyes scanned the clearing, looking for the familiar head of hair and thin horns he knew so well. xxxxxx "There!" His arm shot out and he dashed forward, Lefty grabbing you by the arm to drag you along behind Eyes "Come on!" He called back to you, his voice shaking with joy. Eyes ducked and weaved through the crowd of people, his wings flapping to give him speed /jk happily as he got closer to his friend.
xxxxxx You couldn't tell who you were running towards initially, but as you got closer you recognized the Shopkeeper Anzu! You realize the description was right, an albino chicoon with a curly patch of hair and black horns! Anzu had made a name for himself as the most esteemed Chicoon Shopkeeper, doing business with humans and chicoons alike! He was well known for making his own unique potions and selling them to the chicoon community- Even without his (very popular) rock-collecting escapade from last summer.
xxxxxx Lefty lets go of you and Eyes dashes forward, tackling his friend in a big hug. As you walked closer you could hear Eyes sobbing "I-I th-thought you hated MEEEee" He wailed, but you knew Eyes well enough at this point to tell those were tears of relief. "You stopped responding to my texts after i said you looked so different and- and i thought i said something bad!" Eyes cried into Anzus shoulder.
xxxxxx Anzu chuckled "I could never" He explained, "I was out looking for ingredients when i stumbled into the pit" Anzu pulled Eyes back to look at him "I was going to tell you that you looked different too!" He motioned to each of Eyes parasites "I'd love to hear their story when you have a chance to tell me, in fact- i could tell you mine in exchange" Anzu suggested, Eyes whimpered and started wailing again, pulling Anzu back into a hug. At this point Anzu noticed you and smiled "I'm guessing you're the coffee friend?" Anzu raised an eyebrow, giving you a once-over and speaks sternly "He talks about you a lot you know?" Eyes choked as Anzu spoke- Anzu burst into laughter.
xxxxxx "I do not!" Eyes waved his wings in frustration, "I just... Theyre such a good friend" Eyes gave Anzu one more hug before pulling away and looking to you again, he seemed embarrassed but looked at you honestly "I'm glad i met you" Eyes started, "You've helped me in more ways than i cant count" Eyes looked back to Anzu "I grew up alongside Anzu, we were always like siblings" he explained and Anzu nodded knowingly, Eyes met your gaze again "if you hadn't offered to help me-" Eyes started to laugh "I probably would've died of frostbite!" He laughed. "But i honestly want to thank you" Eyes smiled dearly at you "I've gotten some of my favorite memories next to your side"
xxxxxx You and your small group gather your friends from the pile of pit-chicoons, Anzu explains what had happened in the pit when attention was drawn to Cedar,the god of safety and warmth (and hugs) lets out a deafening call- after the announcement was made, Eyes looked back to Anzu, then to you "so...?" Eyes smirked "Want to get a coffee?"

Cocoa and Biscuits | A Name-brand milk chocolate hot cocoa, and a small pack of speculoos cookies, you haven't tried dipping the cookies in hot cocoa before, but something about this combination sounds like a good idea. | Adds "sparkles/particles" to a chicoon and edits the design of a chicoon. Sparkles and markings should look like crumbs (natural colors only) similar to the gold markings on this chicoon

Marshmallows in a decorative bag | These marshmallows aren't as nice as the homemade heart-shaped ones, but someone took special care to wrap it with a little bow, which is good enough in your book! | Adds "fang edit" or "teeth edit" the teeth or fangs become rectangular (no limit to how many teeth become rectangular)

Peppermint Stir Spoons | These spoons are made of a peppermint-flavored white chocolate and are meant to flavor your hot cocoa with peppermint! Though they seem to dissolve a little too fast in your hot cocoa, and you're left with half a spoon handle and no way to mix it in (without grabbing another spoon) | Adds "Horns" to a chicoon, the horns are required to be canes or sticks and must be striped (like candy canes)

Whip topping and Rainbow Sprinkles | A short container of name-brand whipped cream, it seems to be the perfect size for one person- or a personal cup of cocoa. The rainbow sprinkles add nothing to the flavor of your drink, plus... the sprinkles always form together at the bottom of your cup in a gross mass... but they're so pretty!! So you love adding them anyways- For the Aesthetics | This trait adds curly Hair [R] to the forehead/head of a chicoon (the hair should look similar to whipped cream in texture!) (can be any color) This item can also add sparkles/particles that look similar to standard-shaped rainbow sprinkles (can add both, or just the hair, not just sparkles)

Handmade Heartmallows You can tell that a lot of love was put into these marshmallows, and its not because they're heart-shaped. it doesn't look like whoever made the marshmallows is especially good at marking homemade marshmallows, but you can tell they tried their best- and that's enough for you to know they worked hard on them. | Adds Shaped flame [R] the flame must be heart-shaped. Allows for Two colored flame [UC] to add heart 'markings' to a chicoons flame. Allows for Sparkles/particles [UC] to add heart-shaped sparkles/particles around a chicoons flame (uncommon traits are optional)

Salted Caramel Cocoa Bomb| At first sight you expect this ball of chocolate to be store-bought, but the distinct seam that goes along the outside edge of the ball seemed to say the cocoa bomb was made with a mold and was handmade. You seem excited about the quality of cocoa inside! | Adds Slime/Goop [R] in a drizzle-shape anywhere on the chicoon. Allows for tuscan brown flame (does not add 2 colored flame), Allows horns [C] that look like dimond/square/rectangle/geometric that look like salt crystals (any number).

Prompt: Wybie was pretty shocked when they first saw the letter, assuming it was just a joke at first, but then soon came to the realization that it was in fact, not a joke. They still came, but were very anxious, and has no clue who sent the letter to them

Pastel was... very bad at names, to put it nicely. Usually, that doesn't matter, but right now, it bugged them heavily. Reading the note he received, he knew who wrote this, at least he was pretty sure. But the name and face was escaping their memory. If he's correct, this mystery chicoon was a friend of his. They met via mutual friend, and spent lots of time together when they were younger. But, he sadly lost their contact when he moved and they've barely talked since. He was hoping they'd get to talk again some day, maybe he'd ask a friend if they had their info. It seems his friend had the same feeling, and decided to reach out first. He'll have to wait until tomorrow, to see if he's right.

Nox clearly has met this mysterious character before but how many would use We/Our pronouns? Only one chicoon could come to mind and the little welp smiled hoping his assumption was true. (67 Words)

Prompt: Trick looked over the letter a bit, their eyebrow raised slightly.
"Hey, Treat, can you read this for me? Let me know what you think-" before they could finish, their tailmouth companion swooped in and took the letter into his mouth in one fell swoop. Soon it was gone. "Hey! That's not what I meant and you know that!" they scolded.
"If you didn't want me to eat it, you shouldn't have put it near my mouth" Treat chuckled deviously, a little wheeze escaping.
"Ha ha ha. Well, from what the letter sounds like, it's someone we know..."
"That could be anyone. We know of many folks around here..." Treat gave out a small burp, a piece of paper floating out and to the ground. Trick scowled at their mischievous tail.
"At the end of the letter, it says "we". Was that a mistake, or do you think there might be a tagalong to this?" Trick looked down and twitched their ears.
"How should I know, also, why should I care?" Treat laughed again.
"Of course. Nevermind," Trick sighed and looked around the area, "I guess the only way to find out... is to show up!"

Prompt: Tristan looked over the letter once, twice, once with his goggles on, just to make sure he was not missing something important! But try as he might, he could not find the name of the sender! He puffed out, annoyed at himself for not knowing who could have sent it. He had guesses, but he hated working off of maybes. He wanted to make sure to be polite, to be a good friend! Not knowing was immensely frustrating and made his wings flap rapidly for a few moments.

Sighing out, he recollected his calm. Deep inhale. Deep exhale. Who did he know? Oh! Oh it could be... Mystra? Oh that would be wonderful if it was! He finds himself fixing his wings and fur a moment in the mirror before heading towards the cafe, hopeful. He wanted to make sure he looked okay for this, and set a good impression! Even if it was not Mystra, it was someone he obviously knew and cared for right? So no slacking off! He's got his! He just wished his wings would stop nervously flapping every few seconds...
