I assume the star in the eye is part of the sectoral heterochromia and not a pupil edit? ^^ If so approved!

Yes, it is. Just a star pattern and line marks in the sectoral heterochromia. ♥
I wasn't quite sure how to show the animated markings, so I made the main image with them all showing, then separate examples of each star stage below.
