General rules

- Customs/MYOs must be made on oekaki. Artists are allowed to make cats off-oekaki but the off-oekaki lines are for artists only
- Only make a MYO if you have the appropriate ticket (e.g. only make a rare Shadow Cat if you have a rare ticket)
- Double check rarity before posting, if you're unsure pm a full time artist or me to make sure
