Siblings with Jeanette! Maybe they're twins, idk yet. Younger one.
He gets more negative attention than Jeanette, because he looks a lot less like his mother, his tail is longer, and all of that red color on him...must be a bad omen.

As a result he's extremely withdrawn, and answers questions with a cool stare. He does whatever he wants in class (if he even attends) since people are scared of him, and the teachers don't really want to scold him out of respect to his mother, and distaste for his appearance.

Unlike his sister, Lucius has never bothered to hide his tail. He can't anyway, its too long. He even shifts it around sometimes, to create a dry crackling sound. If people are going to stare, then he might as well put on a show. Its funny to him to hear people stop talking the moment he rattles his tail.

He's not sure what he wants to do in life, and doesn't have the energy to find out.


His magic in the future will be incredibly powerful, if he hones it - he can move the moon, and as a result manipulate time, to an extent.
(since his halo is of a moon with wings out one side (implying movement), and the numbers around are similar to a clock, but ending at 14 instead of 12)
