Haiden has a huge interest in wildlife rehabilitation. Within their world of Runia, there are many odd and fae-like creatures where not a lot of information is known about them. If Haiden finds a creature that is hurt or needs some sort of help (be it a youngling, end of life, etc) he will take the creature in and try to rehabilitate them if he can. Or at least give it a well rested life until the end. He studies them as well during this time and has a huge book that he has compiled over the years with his studies in it. One day he hopes to teach at their local University of Magics and teach other Kels about his findings.

prompt: Cole has a bit of a random interest in sea turtles. While he tends to avoid the ocean like the plague, he is fascinated by sea turtles. It came about after a rough day. He walked along the boardwalk and noticed a clock of seagulls. As he was about to turn away he watched one swoop down to the beach. That was when he noticed the small dots moving below the dark cloud of birds. He decided to get a closer look, albeit hating the way sand stuck to his fur. Once he noticesd they were freshly hatched sea turtles making their way to the sea, he watched in awe as they found ways to try to protect themselves from the attacks. A seagull had picked up on of the babies and started to fly off with it. In a minor panic he rushed the seagull, catching the tumbling baby in his lush fur. He knows that it's the circle of life, but something about these babies risking life and limb to make it to the ocean before the tide went back out made him want to help. Every year he searches the beaches for nests, and dedicates time to helping asany of the babies make it to the ocean as he can! He's even come to treasure the sand that makes its way between his paws, mane, and tail. When he sees jewelry with sea turtle charms he can't help but buy himself a piece. [248/250]
