I personally imagine them as a cocky windclan warrior known as Swallowflight at first.
Eventually they had an accident with a fox which resulted in them losing most of their tail and it being slightly split to give a swallow tail like appearance and thus being renamed to swallowtail.

The fur colour is an iridescent black with a blue / green sheen in the light. Inspired by a swallow haha
