Comp: In the void they found...a pile of plushies and a Nautilus chilling in the void!! seeing this nautilus hanging out with the piles of plushies which seems to look like a massive amount of isopods from giant isopods to different morphs of land isopods and springtails!! fascinated by this discovery from the void they take the nautilus as their companion to take care of while also taking all of the isopod plushies since the nautilus was so attached to them all

The Void is a funny thing. They'd figured it would be pretty empty, whenever they happened to wonder about it - it was just a big void of space, after all.

But when they'd actually entered The Void, through a series of magical mishaps, they'd found much different. It was full of life! Albeit strange life. They hadn't been able to tell at first, really, given that every creature was the same inky black that they were all suspended in. But it was almost the same as they'd imagined the deep sea would look like, from what they'd heard from passing Storkies - dark, and like they were almost floating in water, with very strange... "fish" all around. They didn't feel suffocated, though, like they surely would if they actually were down that deep in the sea. They felt very light, actually. They weren't sure if that was normal - they'd never been swimming in their life.

But the creatures! They had great fun with those, after they'd "swam" (flailed aimlessly through The Void) directly into one. They felt, at least this kind in particular did, a bit slimy, and some strange void goop came off on their fur when they touched it. But was it ever fascinating! They'd spent the rest of their time in The Void frantically crashing into as many of the creatures as they could, trying to discover if there were many different types. They found at least a few - another kind was smooth, while yet another seemed to even have silky fur!

But eventually, their friends had worked out the magic and brought them back home from The Void. It was a relief and a disappointment all the same - they were glad to be home, but The Void had been so interesting!

Although... they had taken a silky little souvenir back from their trip, hidden away in their Void matching fur.
