Once upon a time... *Cough Cough* Okay no we are not starting like that! This is how you start:


Just as Sora began to wake up, he heard something chirping outside but not like a bird, it was an animal and not just any animal but a pandacoon. The animal type did not matter to Sora right now he had to do something as he tried to wake himself up a little bit more it sounded like the pandacoon had fell. Did he fall out of the tree no because now he was in a tree so he must have fell from the top of the barn onto a tree! Sora thought quickly and he had even thought this was dangerous at first but it is what he must do... Sora flew up there with no hesitation and no protection but the pandacoon did not want to come to Sora’s arms he did not want to be rescued because he was scared. Sora had to think of what a pandacoon must or might like so he thought of cereal so he went to get some fruity loopy cereal then Sora came out with the cereal and offered it to the pandacoon. The pandacoon refused but just as Sora was going to give up and get someone else to do it the pandacoon jumped onto Sora’s back and curled up in Sora’s feathers. He was still shaking and he was soaking wet but Sora did not mind he had brought the little pandacoon inside, wrapped him in a blanket, got him some warm milk and some cereal, and had laid down next to the poor thing. Then the pandacoon looked up at Sora like he was thanking him but since the pandacoon was a little weaker than what had seemed he then drooped his head and fell asleep beside Sora’s Stomach.


As Sora began to drift off and fall asleep the pandacoon got up and went to sleep in the fresh hay pile and since the pandacoon was sleeping on Sora, of course that would have woken Sora up and well it did so Sora decided the pandacoon is not going to come to the call of “pandacoon” so Sora thought and thought as the pandacoon stared at him from the hay pile Sora was pacing and pacing then he jumped in the air kind of scaring the pandacoon and he had then tried a couple names: Anthony? Mick? Artie?... Mitch?! And then the pandacoon hopped up and waddled to Sora and Sora had replied: “Mitch? Mitch! Is that your name?!” and Mitch had spun in a circle with joy. Sora was so happy and so was Mitch because not only did Sora and Mitch both become best friends, they built a bond one that never can be broken. <3

Prompt: Ollie was spending another long night stargazing in a secluded glade that he had claimed as his home. He loved to stargaze and spent most nights gazing up at the sky for hours on end. He'd wait until the moon was high in the night sky before actually stopping to sleep. This night was no different or it appeared to be at least.

Ollie was preoccupied by staring at a new constellation that had recently been visible in the night sky for a few hours as he loved to sketch them too. He tended to draw in a small hoofmade journal that he had created from thin strips of bark and used vines to sew them together. When he heard some rustling in the nearby bushes. He turned his attention onto the new sound, forgetting what he had been doing and leaving his current drawing unfinished.

Instead his curiosity was overwhelming and he approached the bushes cautiously. Soft whimpering emitted from within them. He parted the branches slowly and saw a pandacoon stuck in a hunter's trap. It looked up at him fearfully, their eyes shinning with unshed tears. "Awww you poor thing." Ollie said quietly and slowly approached them. "Oww I got stuck..." The pandacoon murmured softly. "I see that. I can help you." He replied and inspected the trap. It didn't seem too hard to undo, despite having only hooves for hands to work with.

"Stay still, I'm gonna free you" He explained and started to fiddle with the trap, slowly freeing the pandacoon's paw from the trap's mechanism. Soon enough after some careful movements of his hooves, their paw was free and they licked his nose in thanks. "Thank you; thank you! My name's Tobey and you?" They cried in joy, their voice was soft and very feminine. "I'm Oleander but you can call me Ollie." Ollie replied with a warm smile. "Nice to meet you, Ollie. I don't have any nicknames, I'm just known as Tobey. I'm a girl though." Tobey purred with delight.

"Hey, I have an idea, you wanna stay here in my glade with me?" He suggested with a gesture of his left hoof before turning to lead her into his glade. "Sure!" Tobey mewed and followed him. "What's that?" She pointed at his stargazing journal. "Oh it's a stargazing journal. I sketch constellations in it." He explained casually. "Ooo can I see?" Her eyes widened with curiosity. "Of course!" Ollie picked up the journal and opened it to show her his latest sketch. "I call this one the pandacoon."
