Borah has grown up in the Rocky Mountains of Canada and used to a very snowy and white Christmas. His Christmas days are usually rather relaxed due to the holiday being one of the few days in the winter he and his owners don't have work, but there usually a late afternoon trail ride. The ride happens after everyone has had a family breakfast, opened up their gifts, and are starting to feel a little house bound and wanting to get out and enjoy the world in it's snowy glory.
Borah's favourite tradition though isn't on Christmas day but is instead on Christmas Eve when everyone get's to open a single present, him included. Everyone knows what the present it is and yet you never know what it will look like. His human's get pajamas a set that matches all three of them, and he get's a blanket that matches them too, because even though he may be a bit floofier then the rest of his stable mates, when the weather gets down to -40 Celsius you want that extra layer of protection from the cold.

He also gets an cold ice cube to lick and eat in the morning to cool down a little from the blazing heat. His fellow horse friends are what makes it the most special for him, though. He enjoys seeing all their faces of surprise when they open their own gifts. He also normally takes christmas photos with his pals as well as the humans and he just loves all the attention! He will snuffle treats out of hands, let kids pet him, all as apart of his gift to the people. Even though the holidays are quite warm where Blaze lives, he still can find ways to have fun!
