Giradi decorates her neck with shining gold bands. She usually wears at least two, however she has plenty of room for more! Having such a long neck has both its pros and its cons. A pro being how easy it is to decorate and bejewel. A con is being different than many others, she tends to stick out in a crowd like a sore thumb.

Girra found that with their long neck they can protect the younglings in their care easier. She will spot creepy Simas over the crowd of other Simas. They have also found that slamming her neck into a another sima will easily scare them away. When she lays down with her younglings she wraps her neck and body around her young Simas. It keeps them warmer than with just her fur. Their neck does hurt at times due to the extra bones in her neck.

This handsome lad actually quite enjoys cooler weather (which is why he and his tribe have hung out in the northern realm for so long past peak migration season), and when the days get nippy, Azizi digs into his scarf collection! More neck = more real estate, after all! Thus he can often be found wearing more than one at once, in all colours of the rainbow. His favorite is a super long one gifted to him by a friend he met on his travels, which EASILY wraps around his neck four times all on its own and STILL has enough length left over to trail perilously close to the ground! It's awesome.

When it's too warm for scarves Azizi usually goes unadorned. He's never really been one for jewelry - his imposing height and commanding stature attract enough attention without over complicating things.
