hello, all!
i bring to you another cow... for this competition, things will be a little different!
rather than me coloring this cow in myself with a palette, you will be doing this in a collaborative effort!

there are a few rules which must be strictly observed, however in order for this to go s-moo-thly!
if you do not follow these rules, you will not be eligible to win this cow.

1) you may not make changes to the lineart or the edits provided at all. the only edits you should make to this oekaki drawing at all is to add color to the layers labeled with ">C<". the udders and horns are turned off for now on this design until a winner is chosen.

2) do not touch any of the folders labeled "leave this alone!" missing layers will result in an ineligible drawing.

3) do not change the existing design layers. these may be colored in however you wish, but you should not erase or add to these layers in any way. multiple colors, textures, et cetera, may be used per layer but the actual design itself should remain the same. i have locked the transparency on all the >C< layers.

4) you must post the form provided on your color-in AND add me to the drawing in order to check and see whether or not you have followed the rules appropriately.
