Welcome to Northern Lights Reindeer, or NLR! We are known for our beautiful reindeer imports and breedings, which are only available during the winter months. The deer adopted through the Northern Lights Reindeer Association (NLRA) are some of the most well known reindeer available, and can be found both through imports and personal breedings. It is our main focus to bring you quality deer, wether you use them for sledding, logging or recreational use, or anything in between!

Rules
- Follow all CS rules.
- NLR are only open from December 1st-25th.
- All deer are naturally colored unless a mutation is present.
- Each deer has 4 breeding slots, and can breed both traditionally and untraditionally.
- An owned deer will have a harness added so that they can be more easily identified.
- Deer cannot be sold for outside currencies but can be traded for art, characters, slots or other deer.
- Each member can own up to 5 deer at this time.
- Males have horns, while females do not.

Known Mutations
Northern lights mutation - Uncommon

Ribbon of green, blue and/or purple through the center of the body.

Bauble mutation - Uncommon

“Glowing” circular marking on the body connected by a slim line creating the look of string lights.

Mistletoe mutation - Uncommon

Causes strands of mistletoe to grow up the legs of the deer.

Ornamental mutation - Uncommon

Round ornaments grow hanging from the deer's horns.

Holly mutation

Causes sprigs of holly to grow anywhere on the body.
