History : Holly was born in a holly tree, hence her name (waxwing naming conventions dictate that the young are named after a fruit/berry. A new name is given after 1 year with their parents). She grew up as an only child, being spoiled by her parents. She learned to identify all sorts of fruits and berries, and grew a burgeoning love for cooking. She left from her family unit during the preparation for her first migration; her parents were migratory, but she felt no compulsion to fly south for the winter. Since she struck out on her own before migration, she never gained her 'adult' name and so just goes by Holly. Struggled her first winter and ended up moving to a new forest to try this whole 'independence' thing on a fresh slate.
Other : Lives in a little nest built out of twigs and lined with warm materials: feathers, fur tufts, dogwood puffs, ect.
