This is very simple.

MYOS cannot be made on custom lines until further notice
All MYOS must be proven by a ticket (in form)
Tickets can only be acquired from the shop
Until Further Notice, Crocus (me) Is the only one doing customs and edits.
MYOs can also be a custom, which means you can use it and give me an idea of what you want.
Edits must be proven with a potion, not a MYO ticket.
For now customs are free, because to get one you need to buy the ticket.
They must be put under a cover and approved
