We are the Keylings! We live in the crisp forest of Starkwood
hiding in small caves, which we make of small piles of rocks. We are no
bigger than five inches, so our habitats are quite small. We are
omnivorous, and are capable of taking down large prey with a large
group of Keys, alone we hunt bugs, small mammals, small fish, berries,
and other flora. Welcome to our world!

“Rosa!!! Why do my roses keep dying?”

She was shocked. Her breed of roses was known for it’s hardiness. They even were resistant to frost. Only a few things could kill them. “They shouldn’t be. Have you been watering them?”

The other key king was taken aback. “Of course!”

She tried something else. “What about the soil? Or the plant food?”

”Both were what you told me to use! It’s such a pretty houseplant!”

“Houseplant?!” Rosa yelled, incredulous.

“Indeed, the cave needed some sprucing up.”

Rosa let out a long sigh. “You should’ve told me that. Roses aren’t houseplants, they need sun! I’ll bring you something that requires minimal sun, just keep in near the cave mouth.”

She muttered as she walked away, wondering why her first customer had to be the exact opposite of green-thumbed.
