need to get a form posted still but! this be matsuri ig ,, she's kind of? some sort of spirit/patron deity of summer festivals, hence her name. perhaps she used to be mortal at one point, but due to some accident during one fireworks-filled night, her fate is now to live out her days as a mostly unaging being. all of her memories save for the ones involving summer festivals were wiped ,,
- maybe there was a spirit before her, and she just took their place as the Current spirit of summer festivals
- ?? maybe the accident wasn't really an accident ,, it could be the other spirit's fault because they decided that matsuri would be the new spirit on a whim
- upon becoming a spirit, maybe matsuri obtains the memories of the other spirit and any other spirits before her
